What kind of clothes does your character wear when she's not in uniform?
Because of her upbringing, Sosuke is most often seen wearing clothes meant for boys. Hoodies, t-shirts, skinny jeans, vans and converse make up most of her wardrobe (though she did manage to sneak in a few skirts and dresses without her parents’ knowledge). Her style is inspired heavily by visual kei. She also wears a black eyepatch over her right eye in an attempt to cover a scar (which she got after getting into a fight to protect Izumi).
What Clubs is you character involved in?
Theater Club: Yes
Manga/Anime Club: Yes
Host Club: Yes
Is your character on the Student Council? Yes
If yes, what does your character think of the student council president, Naomi Shizuoka? She believes Naomi is a very efficient leader and has a great deal of respect for her.
Please explain your character's personality in 200 words or more:
Despite her appearance as a courteous and proper young lady, Sosuke is, in actuality, a cruel, sadistic, and malicious “demon” (a nickname she was given by pretty much everyone who knew her prior to transferring to Astraea Hill). She is ruthless when attacking others (whether physically or verbally), and will not hesitate to hurt anyone who gets on her bad side (which is, surprisingly, not easy to do). Her diabolical nature is also shown through her cruel sarcasm and her inability to see good in much of anyone. Due to years of sports and martial arts training, she is quite powerful physically for a girl her age (though her poor health often renders her much weaker than she could be). However, behind her hateful nature lies a fragile girl who simply yearns for someone to love her for who she really is (Getting her to admit to that is a challenge only one person has ever been able to accomplish). She is loyal to those she deems trustworthy, and will do everything in her power to protect them. When someone has earned her trust, they will see that she is kind, courteous, and chivalrous. Though she still maintains her manipulative ways, her emotions become much easier to read. In all reality, her ‘sadistic nature’ is simply part of a fabricated personality she created to mask the pain she carries within her heart. There was only one person who was ever given the chance to see the REAL Sosuke, but that person is now deceased. All in all, it’s a case of a true romantic seme masquerading as a sadistic seme.
What does your character think of the Etoile position as a whole?
Sosuke sees it as nothing more than a petty beauty pageant.
Does your character want to be an Etoile someday?
She has no desire to be in such a position, but if she were to meet someone who strongly desired to run (and managed to find a spot in Sosuke’s heart), she might consider doing so with that person.
What does your character think of Chokone Manatsu and Shizuka Myuzu the current etoiles? Chokone reminds her very much of someone she once held dear, and so she holds a bit of a soft spot for the small girl. She doesn’t care much for the seme etoile, though she does think she is very pretty.
What does your character think of the other schools? Sosuke was originally meant to be a student at Spica (her parents wanted her to continue her athletic training), but with a little secret rearrangement of documents, she managed to get herself sent to Lulim instead. She prefers the sweet and innocent aura of Lulim, and adores the uniforms.
~History~
Please write in 100 words or more your character's history before she came to Lulim.
Sosuke’s troubles began the day she was born. Her parents were, at the time, grief-stricken over the loss of their first child, a boy named Sora. Sora was killed in a tragic accident, struck by a drunk driver as he was crossing the street. Upon learning of her pregnancy, Sosuke’s mother prayed for another boy, both parents hoping to somehow replace the son they had loved so dearly. When Sosuke was revealed to be female, the emotionally shattered couple went into an extreme state of denial. They did everything they could to avoid acknowledging their child’s true gender. From forcing her to look, act, and dress like a boy to making her participate in sports and martial arts (hoping that the physical activity would give her the strength and physique of a typical male). However, problems began to rise when Sosuke was diagnosed with cyclic vomiting syndrome (CVS, a disease characterized by episodes or cycles of severe nausea and vomiting that last for hours, or even days, that alternate with intervals with no symptoms), which often rendered her unable to perform the physical activities her parents demanded of her. Unwilling to accept that the severity of Sosuke’s symptoms required her to take a break from her activities (or in the very least, cut down the amount of exercise she was doing), the two continued to push her into fulfilling her role as their “son”, even going so far as to slip up and call her ‘Sora’ from time to time. And Sosuke hated them for it. She spent many a day crying in her room, wishing her parents would accept that she was their daughter, not their son, and allow her to be who she really was. Over time, her resentment grew, and her true self fell further and further into the darkness that clouded her heart. She became cruel and sadistic, showing no mercy to anyone that crossed her the wrong way. She hated the world and everyone in it. They were all pathetic, self-absorbed, manipulative beasts. At least, that was how she felt...until she met her. Izumi Mashiro, the sweetest, kindest, most innocent girl she’d ever laid eyes upon. Izumi was the only one who ever made the effort to look past the hatred in Sosuke’s eyes and see her for who she really was inside. The two met when Izumi was being picked on by some older boys on the playground, and Sosuke (having no tolerance for injustice) stood up for her. Things quickly got physical, and Sosuke ended up taking a cut across her eye (going from just below the brow to right under the lower lash line), but she managed to get them to back down. Izumi was extremely grateful, and vowed to repay her for her kindness. It took months for the young girl to earn Sosuke’s trust, but somehow, some way, she did. And soon after, Sosuke realized she had fallen in love. Slowly but surely, Izumi’s kindness began to heal Sosuke’s emotional wounds, helping her to return to the loving person she once was. However, tragedy struck again when Izumi was found in an alleyway, beaten to death by a drunken thug (who supposedly panicked and killed her after having done unspeakable things to her). The news sent Sosuke into a downward spiral, her hatred of the world stronger than ever before. And now, added to it, was an even stronger hatred for herself. She hated herself for not being there for Izumi. She hated herself for not being able to protect her. From that point on, Sosuke closed herself off to the rest of the world completely. She became even more cold and distant than she had been before. Her health worsened, her CVS episodes becoming more frequent (and more severe) as time passed. Her parents, of course, continued pushing her to do things as if nothing had ever happened. After a few months of watching her health decline, Sakura Fujisaki (Sosuke’s doctor, who happened to be a close friend of her parents) nearly begged the couple to send her to Astraea Hill, claiming that some time away from her hometown (and memories of Izumi) would do her more good than anything else. At first, her parents refused, knowing that sending Sosuke to an all girls school would involve acknowledging their child’s true gender. But eventually, with some convincing, they decided to let her go. Relieved, Sakura gave Sosuke strict instructions to follow, making sure she knew how to handle her illness on her own (though with her parents being the way they were, she’d pretty much been doing that to begin with). She also (without her parents’ knowledge, of course) gave the girl some dresses and skirts, knowing how badly she wished she could wear them regularly. And so began Sosuke’s journey to her new life.
History before Astraea Hill:

If you have already played your character here on SPRP for a year or more (in rp time), please add any events you role played to the appropriate history section. Any years you have not yet played, you may leave blank, but you will fill them out when your character reaches that year in school.
First Year: Attending a different school
Second Year: Attending a different school
Third Year: A lot has happened since Sosuke transferred to Astraea Hill. She's gotten into two fights, both with sixth year Spican Mariah Fenton. She got a bad rep because someone leaked a picture of her and the former etoile (who was, at the time, her roommate), claiming Sosuke was terrorizing the poor girl, but that didn't really bother her too much. She also met and fell in love with Setsuko, who is now officially her girlfriend.

That fateful day began like any other. It was a warm, sunny day in the middle of July. The sky was as blue as Sosuke’s sparkling eyes. Birds chirped brightly as they streaked through the crisp air. Dogs barked softly in the distance. The sound of children’s laughter echoed in the air as they frolicked and played in the grassy fields. The lake’s azure depths sparkled under the light of the glistening sun. It was truly a gorgeous day. The perfect kind of day, thought cruel Lady Fate, for a murder.
It was about mid-morning when the Nikaidou family’s phone began to ring. With her parents gone to work for the day, Sosuke was the one to take the call. Before she even had time to say hello, the frantic voice of Izumi’s sister sobbed through the phone. “S-Sosuke-kun... I..Izumi... Hospital... She... Oh God...” The words were hard to make out, but the mention of her best friend’s name sent Sosuke into a dizzying panic. Her heart began to race as she threw down the phone and rushed out the door, thankful now that her family lived within a block of the hospital. There was only one thought running through her mind, and it seemed to be stuck on repeat. 'Please let her be okay... Please let her be okay...’
After all the running her body could handle, she finally arrived at her destination. Chest heaving with every strained breath, she burst through the hospital doors, cerulean eyes searching frantically for any sign of her dearest friend. Instead, she was greeted by the red, teary eyes of Izumi’s sister as the older girl slowly approached her. “Sosuke-kun... I’m sorry...” She choked out softly, tears spilling relentlessly as she reached out to put a hand on the trembling girl’s shoulder. A sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach nearly made her vomit. “N-No....” She whimpered, pulling away from her touch. “No... She...can’t...NO...!” Everything around her seemed to be spinning as she slowly backed up into a wall. People were staring now, but she didn’t care. Her entire world had just been broken. She fell to her knees, clutching her head in her hands as she sobbed. “Izumi... I-Izumi... IZUMI....!!!”
