The girl had never been to the grove. She had heard so many of the girls at school talk about them and knew that in this time of year it wasn’t going to be the same as if she had gone during the spring or summer but Coreline hadn’t had the time during those seasons to get her bottom up there. Walking through the grounds in her jeans and t-shirt she wasn’t surprised to see others up there as well. Girls from all the schools were known to go up to the area, was one of the most visited from what the Spica girl could tell. But that was all fine and dandy for her. Perhaps she could make new friends? Then again probably not unless someone approached her. She wasn’t really one to just well, talk to someone on the street. Core just didn’t care that much to do it. Of course she had also brought a book up with her so that she could spend some time outdoors and ignore her studies for the current time being.
She passed by a lot of benches with girls on them chatting with one another and so she had half a mind to ignore the benches. Of course the ground was also cold at this time of year so she wasn’t sure that she wanted to sit there either. Finally with a sigh she found a bench that no one was sitting on and took a seat. She could feel the cold from the bench through her pants and was glad that she had on her coat and hat to help keep her warm. The gloves on her fingers made it hard to pull the book out of her pocket but she ended up getting it loose of the fabric of the coat without too much of an issue.
Opening the book Core found her place she had last been reading and looked it over. It was a book she was familiar with, having read it many times before but she didn’t mind reading it again. She had asked her parents for more books to read on her time off and they had told her they would find some for her. So far they had sent her a rather nice collection, Coreline just happened to not pick many of them up having been rereading many of the books she did at this time of year. It had always been a tradition to read certain books that her parents had read to her when she was little. Loosing herself in the pages she was able to feel the people around her but no one had spoken to her so she didn’t see the need to break her focus. At least not yet.

Tomoyo spun and twirled as she walked through Cherry Tree Glenn. Her silver hair twisted with her and her eyes danced with glee. Her Miator uniform acted like a ball gown. Girls littered the place hogging all the benches. The beautiful cherry blossoms weren't blooming which deeply saddened Tomo but she knew it just wasn't there season. Woozily Tomo came to a stop and everything spun around her, people were blurs and she acted like she had two left feet as she lumbered around. 'I need to find somewhere to sit.' Her head spun as she tried to find a way to stop her dizziness. Finally Tomo came to a bench which was only being used by a girl reading a book.
'I hope she doesn't mind. Maybe I should ask.' She held a hand to her head as if to stable her moving head. Just as She was about to ask the girl if she could share the seat her legs could no longer carry her body upright. Her thin legs gave out under her leaving her crumbled on the ground. Her hand were uncomfortably tangled on the bench. A thud was heard as she hit the ground and she let out a long groan as she laid in the heap on the ground. The sky still spun around her as she tried to pull herself up. She only manged to get herself up on the bench. She turned to the girl and let out a grin "I hope I didn't interrupt you. I'm Tomoyo Sakagami but call me Tomo"

Coreline was so engrossed in her book that she didn’t notice the girl that was spinning around the Glenn. That was normal though as she always got lost in her books so long as it wasn’t a text book. She despised reading those but still managed to get through them and got good grades in all her classes. She didn’t notice as the girl walked up and was no doubt going to take a seat but the loud thud and the groan that came when she fell knocked Core out of her thoughts and the book and she glanced down at the silver haired girl. She wasn’t sure what to say for a bit but that didn’t much matter as the girl picked herself up and took a seat on the bench next to the Spica girl. She looked a little dizzy which caused Core to close her book so that she could give the girl her attention.
“No you didn’t interrupt me. Are you alright?” she said in response to the girl and then blushed as she hadn’t given her name. “My name is Coreline Kurin. But you can call me Core. Everyone else does.” She smiled at the girl and noticed her uniform. Miator. It wasn’t like it really mattered but it was different to see them out in uniform on an off day. Core loved the days she could be out of uniform. “You look a little pale you sure you’re okay?” she asked again actually feeling a bit concerned for the girl. She wondered if she should be out in the cooling weather or if she was ill or something. Then again she seemed okay besides being pale and light headed. At least that’s what Core was assuming why she crumpled to the ground.
“I love coming here.” She said making conversation, something she was slowly getting better at. “But finding a spot to sit is almost impossible nowadays.” She stopped talking, unsure as to what to really say. She was working at making conversation but that didn’t mean she was all that good at it yet. Core was one that usually kept to herself but she found that talking to others could be fun too. “What brings you out today?” she asked the random question popping into her head. She didn’t bother asking for age or anything and as the uniform gave away her school that question didn’t need to be asked either.

The fuzziness in her head disappeared as Tomo shook her head side to side flinging her long hair into Core’s face. “I’m perfectly fine this happened more often than you think. Sorry about that. I love to spin but it’s not really good for me because usually end up collapsing.” Tomoyo turned to face forward looking out at the cherry blossoms and the girls moving about around them. Her mind went up into her own world “This is a wonderful place especially in the spring because that’s when the bloom but sadly the girls come here so often that it just ruins the atmosphere. Have you ever been here in the spring?” Quickly snapping out of her daze Tomo returned her bright blue eyes to Core and wistfully smiled.” Oh my I have to give you a better introduction. My name is Tomoyo Sakagami. I’m a 4th year St.Miator’s student and my roommate is Honoka Fukyoko and I am pleased to meet you.” Tomoyo grinned wider at Core if that was even possible and She got up from her sit and bowed to the elder girl. She then plopped down back next to Core and turned to look at her cocking her head to the side.
After giving a introduction of herself Tomoyo studied the girl in front of her. Black hair to hip and amber eyes “I see you were reading a book. What it called” Tomo leaned over to look at the cover of the book slightly pressing herself against Core.”The book looks kind of worn out. How many times have you read it?” Tomo stared puzzled up at the older girl as she traced a finger nail across the edge of the book. “I’m a vivid reader I especially love romance novel.” A sad smile was placed on Tomo’s face “It lets me read about something I’ve never had.” A deep red blush coated her cheek as she said “I’m also way obsessed with Naruto and other manga’s but I liked to watch the animes more.” She sat back on her seat giving Core more space. Embarrassingly she looked down at her neatly placed hands placed in her lap. “What are your favorite genres? For me I love reading but there comes to a point when I won’t read a book with like hundreds of page and a horrible plot or one of those school text books don’t you agree.”

Hair hit her face and Core startled. Tomo had been shaking her head no doubt trying to clear it but being smacked by the blonde strands had caught her off guard. But she didn’t try to make a fuss about it. There was no real point to. Plus the other girl apologized all on her own. Coreline offered her a tight smile, attempting to give a soft one in hopes it would mean it was okay. “If you end up collapsing then should you do it even if you do love it?” she asked using the words Tomo gave her to try and hold up a conversation. It was hard but she was trying. Helped that Haku really was making her hold more of them. The cute little blonde floated into Core’s thoughts and her eyes went distant thinking about her. But Tomo spoke again drawing her back to where she was in the cherry trees.
“I haven’t come in the spring.” Core admitted blushing softly. She hadn’t really been the kind to go out to look at the trees until now. She had been there for a few years but that didn’t stop her from staying closer to the school and more out of the city. Finally the other girl gave her name. it was pretty and she was a fourth year making her a year younger than Core. “I’m from St. Spica. Fifth year.” She wasn’t sure if she should give her roommate’s name like the other girl had but she supposed there was no real harm in it. “My roommate is Haku Kimoto. You might see her around. Cute little thing.” Her eyes went distant again but she shook her head clearing her thoughts to bring her back to where she was with the new girl. When Tomoyo bowed to her the blush that had been vanishing came back. There was no need for that.
The new one mentioned that Core had been reading. She glanced down at her book and smiled, a real smile this time. “Pride and Prejudice.” She said knowing the title might not meant much. The author was from Britain she believed but that didn’t matter. It was in English though which actually made most not want to read it. Though it had been assigned in her English class. “I don’t remember how many times I’ve read it.” She admitted and blushing deeper. “I read it almost every year I think.” She paused in her words not really sure what else to say. But Tomo started talking about herself. That she enjoyed reading as well. But when her voice became solum Core glanced at her and frowned her blush gone. “Never had?” she questioned as the other girl blushed. Finally someone besides her doing it.
Manga was not something that the fifth year had ever managed to get in to. She wasn’t a fan of the distracting pictures. But then she knew that many of the younger ones were enjoying them. The questions were turned back to her and this time Coreline had to actually think. What were her favorites? She placed a finger to her lips in thought before she finally spoke lowering the finger. “Romance, Fantasy, and probably Mystery are my favorites.” She said and turned her eyes to Tomo. “What do you like to read besides Manga and Romance?” she was surprised she had actually asked the question rather easily. Perhaps holding conversations was going to be easier than she thought it was going to be.

Tomoyo put one of her fingers on to her chin and stared of into the sky. It took a while before she could really come up with any response. " Well that's a really good question and that's kinda hard to answer." She paused listening to her answer in her head to make sure it was really what she wanted to say. " I guess since I love it so much that It is worth the consequences in return. That makes sense right. Dating is a good example. Having a relationship with someone can go anyway you can break up thats the consequence or have an enjoyable life together that's the fun. That's understandable."
"It's really beautiful." Her mind vanshied in a daze " Maybe during spring we can come here together with our favorite books and just enjoy the scenery." Frustration clouded her expression. She weaved her finger together and rested her head on the little table it created and stared at the passing girls. "The only problem is that people crowd this place like a celebrity is here." She picked up her head and looked at Core. "I hope you don't mind" Concern ozzed out of her voice.
"That book is a real classic" Tomo clapped her hands together and smiled returning to her experssion at the beginning of the conversation. She inquired herself about if she had such a great book that she could read it that many times " It must be wonderful." She smirked a little and rubbed the back of her head. "Sorry if I talk a lot. it's just my n[color=ature or I'm just plain nervous about something."[/color]
Her face became dark " It never turned out right in stories. You always meet the right person in a book." She slowly picked her foot into the road and sighed continually. "People are always happy, they always have the happily ever after." Tears pricked her eyes. She flung her head up and her eyes burned with a fiery passion " How come we can't have our happily ever after. why do they get to have there fairy tale ending and we just lay in the dust heartbroken" she sniffles and little and wiped her eyes.
"Sorry I get passionate on some things." Her eyes were red and so was he rose but she tried to regain her composure. She took in a deep breath and relaxed. A creepy look slowly creep across her face. She brought up her hands and started to bend them in a scary fashion. "I love horror. It's fun to read about ghosts and monsters. I don't believe in stuff like that but I like reading about it. we should go to the library sometime it would be fun to look for some books together and I really like your company."
