What kind of clothes does you character wear when she's not in uniform?
Generally, she prefers to wear a sort of uni-sex type of dress that's more of a cool if not an old-styled taste. She rarely wears make-up and almost never wears dresses (unless she's forced to) and can often be caught wearing some assortment of jewelry. She tries to keep a sort of free movement with her clothes, often choosing shorts with knee-high boots unless its winter. She'll always wear a tie along with the many different variations of sleeveless shirts that may or may not include some sort of armband of unattached sleeves. In the winter the girl bundled up in a slim leather jacket with scarf and fuzzy hat as company. Now Shion isn't insane enough to go dancing around in the snow with shorts on, oh goodness no; she'll wear some cold-resistant pants with some fuzzy boots.

Is your character on the Student Council?
Lordy no! There would be chaos and mayhem everywhere.
If yes, what does your character think of the student council president?
Well, Shion dislikes authority figures in general but she'll give the 'Prez' a few claps before running away at full speed. So no, she doesn't have any particular ideas on the ma'am.
Please explain your character's personality in 200 words or more:
A trouble-maker, a teaser, and so full of self-confidence that she may as well just pop; Shion is the prime example of having too much freedom in her youth. She holds a sort of mysterious air about her, often destroying the aura with her highly optimistic and childish behavior. She's the type girl who would much rather play and goof around rather than sit still and learn something. This often reflects in her grades especially when she neglects studying all together which earns her more than earful from both teachers and her grandparents (if they get word of it). The girl's a cuddler and lover of all things cute and cuddly whether they are human or not. She has no qualms about staring for overly long periods of time or even just outright going to give someone a hug or a peck on the cheek. Heck, she'd label favorites and drag them off somewhere on adventures or something.
Now everyone has a dark-side and Shion is no different. While she can be happy and playful with all sorts of teasing involved, the girl is probably the worst kind of grudge holder. Now it takes a lot (or maybe just one specific action) to anger her. Now anger, you can last through. That usually just ends with a glare or if you're not too lucky, a headbutt but if you manage to get the girl's undivided attention in the hatred department... well, good luck. If there was such a thing as a devil in a girl's body, Shion would be it. If she spots you, she will deliberately drop everything just to go embarrass if not only ridicule you to the highest levels. There is no such thing as a threat to Shion, either she will make you wish you never got on her naughty list or let you despair the few precious moments of your sanity before she goes in and rips it to shreds. And make no mistake, Shion will go out of her way to make sure that you know you're hated.
For the one who manages to win the girl's undivided attention in the giant red hearts and fluffy bunnies department, they'll find Shion to be two things: she's crazy possessive and will spoil you endlessly. Congratulations! You now have a human-sized puppy wanting your every attention, that wants to cuddle you and lock you in her closet so no one can look at you or speak to you. Well, she wouldn't do the latter but Shion is definitely the type to get jealous if her precious shares smiles with those other than her. At worst she may go all puppy-mode with the big sad eyes and 'punishment' of an endless hug until she satisfied. Sometimes it'll get pretty funny if her puppy-mode doesn't work. Then Shion will just be a giant blob of 'rejected' drama. Her actions then will vary greatly depending on her mood.
What does you character think of the Etoile position as a whole?
It's an interesting concept to say the least, not to mention it seems like fun. And besides, it's more like a popularity contest than an actual election so she's all thumbs up.
Does your character want to be an Etoile someday?
It seems like fun so why not? And she gets to drive the SCPs nuts so two birds with one stone!
What does your character think of the current etoiles?
Just by rumor or fairytale, Shion would think of the Akemi Araceli-Ayuki Mashiro pair to be exactly like a wolf and a lamb. Quite literally. She'd also think they're gutsy. And that they're plushy, well on of them anyway. Otherwise she'd just think Akemi has a cool last name... (So no, she doesn't have any deep thoughts or theories on them or even a general like or dislike of them.)
What does your character think of the other schools?
Rivalry? Did someone just say rivalry?! Shion loves a good sporting match! (Even though it completely lacks any actual sports.) Being rivals with the ladies of Miator is a strange thing to Shion but she won't question it. Lilium on the other hand seems like a treasure island filled with things the girl was never allowed to prowl about in back home.
~History~
Please write in 100 words or more your character's history before she came to Spica.
History before Astraea Hill:
Now whether it shows it or not, Shion is actually from a very wealthy family. Being the third born after two sons, Shion wasn't exactly prioritized. In reality she was actually an accident and obvious one at that. When she was born, both her brothers were in their twenties, one in their mid-twenties which left their parents in their late forties to early fifties. Not to mention the married couple worked both worked as doctors which consumed all their time. There was no doubt that the first son gained the couple's main attention, leaving Shion and her older brother by themselves - or so you would think.
While her eldest brother worked as an intern at their parents' hospital, her second brother kept himself busy within the military. Now Shion wasn't left alone at home, that would be child abuse; no, her parents sent her to live with her grandparents. She loved her grandfather, was pampered by him beyond belief but her grandmother... she treated Shion like she was the plague of the family.
Her grandmother was the very definition of 'Tradition' and would often demand things of her. Then when the youngster couldn't deliver, it was an assortment of lessons as punishment. She was determined to turn young Shion into a 'proper young lady'. But alas, her teachings were always uprooted by her grandfather who often took her for riding, even going as far as to buy Shion her own horse when she was old enough. It drove the old maid absolutely batty, especially when her grandfather took her on a hunting trip with one of his old friends. Now that's where she learned how to use a bow, a hunting bow; since Gramp's friend liked to call himself a naturalist and despised guns. Her life was filled with joys like that. If she wasn't running away from her grandam or her tutors, the girl hung out with her grandfather who gave her all the freedom and love in the world. Of course happiness is never to be when you have a demon for a grandmother, and soon enough Shion's life was disrupted.
Just a few words and off the woman sent her granddaughter off to the infamous Astraea Hill, a private institution that she herself had gone to in the far past. Her grandfather couldn't fight against the decision but he did manage to change her original destination of Miator to Spica (with the help of her eldest brother since he loved to drive ol' grandma absolutely insane).

'How..?' That was a useless question. One that the long haired maiden knew the answer to all too well. She leaned against the window of a taxi, a small bag filled with various things on her lap as she rolled the side of her head against the bump between the window and door. A condescending smile on her face as she looked at her own reflection. The driver seemed to notice this as well and kept his words to a minimum, only piping up when something chimed in on the radio that he liked or disliked. He had asked earlier if he could put turn it on and the twelve-year-old agreed, disliking the silence more than her own foul mood.
A mood that was easily encouraged by the memory of the devil-woman who sent her away to be a 'lady'. Oh how Shion wanted to scoff at her, to give her the finger if she weren't so afraid that it'd be a lifetime of misery for her. Of course even she did have a say in the matter, Shion could hardly believe herself capable of overpowering the Oni. It was like anyone who dared to stand up to her would be crushed by the pure pressure her eyes gave off. Not to mention her form was already one for intimidating. She let out a soft sigh, picking up her head from the door to the much softer headrest of her seat. Another, heavier sigh left her as her red eyes caught the driver looking back at her. Almost instinctively the girl pulled herself up, leaning on her knees in an unlady-like but also curious sort of way.
"What's up?" Shion asked, her voice steady and friendly despite her obvious dislike of the situation. The man cleared his throat, letting out a soft chuckle before saying something on the lines of 'you should be happy, you're going to a school for the famous.' Shion herself couldn't help but laugh at the words, leaning back in her seat. One hand waved dismissively with a simple, "I guess so huh. Maybe we'll have butlers or something." That earned another chuckle from him as he joined her little imagination of going to some fairy tale academy filled with fancy cakes and pretty people. Of course both knew better, how much better he than her, she wouldn't know. Her stop to the airport had come earlier than she expected and before she knew it the girl was hopping out of the taxi with a swift goodbye before watching it zoom off.
It was almost like a premonition of to come, to be at that airport. The men and women who wore more than casual clothing were almost a sign that Shion was going to be in for a proper time. How she dreamed that it would only be filled with tea and cakes or maybe some cookies. She could deal with cookies, oh and candy! Candy was a wonderful thing of many different flavors. Flavors that she had no doubt she was going to be facing at this new and most likely strange place. It was her grandmother who was sending her off there, for all she knew; Shion could easily wound up in some sort of trouble on the first day. What a record that would be!
Pinching the area between her brows, the youngster pumped herself up before stomping off into the airport with her head held high and clear aura of confidence surrounding her being. People gave her some looks, others dodged out of her way, and one even asked her if she was lost. No matter how disconcerting it got she never lost her air as she turned in her ticket and trudged up to the waiting area.
