Day 2- Favorite game character; My favorite video game character ever was a very, VERY tough choice. Eventually, I settled on Lord Dhaos from the classic Tales of Phantasia. Why? Well, he fit the role of a cheesy villain to the letter, you spend the entire game chasing him, KNOWING he's the final boss, there isn't any deep hidden fina...l boss or anything stupid like that, but after you beat him, WHAT A TWEEST, HE'S THE REAL HERO. That's right, Dhaos was ruling and destroying in order to create mana for the Great Seed, which would then save his own home, Derris Kharlan, which if you've played Symphonia as well you know is the birthplace of the elves who created life on Aselia. In other words, without Dhaos' efforts, neither world would exist. And you kill him over petty revenge. How awesome is that?

Day 3(late); Underrated game. Okay, let's ignore the Squeenix logo; And the rehashed title card thing that Squeenix title cards do ALL THE TIME. Let's ignore the fact that Squeenix makes Final Fail for a moment; Let's just look at the game by itself. Valkrie Profile on the DS uses the FFTactics engine, which not a lot of people enjoyed surprisingly. However, the difficulty is extremely changing; I've gone from one mission to another where I destroyed, and then got obliterated. The game follows Wilfred on his quest for revenge against the Valkrie- a war goddess- for taking his father. Instead of the traditional Tactic style game, where more units is a good thing, you are only allowed four at once. On top of this, you are almost forced in some situations to KILL your team mates to progress the story. This game was ignored widely because of this, but if you ask me, it's a nice change of pace to be the villain for once.

Day 4; Guilty Pleasure Game Mine was Sonic Chronicles. I absolutely HATE turn based menu combat usually, hence my hatred of Final fantasy, but this game had me hooked. Biased fangirlism? probably. Worth it? Hell yes. The game is extremely easy(Like every other turn based combat menu game, especially Square Enix games), but it's also one of my childhood dreams come to life; an RPG with the Blue Blur.
