Alrighty so here are the rules for this year. Read the two stories below and vote on your favorite. Since many people have multiple accounts, I want this to be as fair as possible, but I also want to be able to accommodate the feelings of the members who are voting as well as the feelings of the CHARACTERS who would be voting in the rp. So, the best way to do this is like so:
With your main account vote for your personal Etoile choice. If you have other accounts, vote with your character's choices. If your character would not participate in the Etoile competition vote....well too bad, you have to vote. All I ask is to try and be fair and if possible, don't dump all your votes on one pair if you have like 8 characters because obviously that gives one pair an advantage. Of course, those running for Etoile may vote, as well as teachers.
Also, after you vote, you may post in this thread in rp as if you are there at the competition. I advise the current Etoiles to post and shed some light on the feelings of their girls as their time as Etoile comes to an end, and the competitors are encouraged to post and rp their feelings about being there and competing.
If you have any questions at all about the voting, the competition, or exactly what to put here rp wise, just contact me. And with that here are the stories for the prospective Etoiles! Read carefully and make your choice fairly!
For Miator:
Asami Takashi and Kendall Kohma
It was a bright Spring day like any other when these two girl's met, however the day's peacefulness was broken by a girl in black lolita angrily stomping her feet and demanding that she be placed above all others. The neglected black loli was soon met by an innocent pinkette who was immediately brought to tears by her cruelty. Kendall had only been walking along, this being her first time in her life away from her caring brother, when she had run into the girl, Asami had begun telling her how stupid she was, and how if she was to make herself at all useful she should carry her bags, and with teary eyes, the girl did. That is how things began, a rude brat and an innocent rabbit.
Asami eventually realized Kendall was not her servant, but continued to treat her as such until a terrible storm. One night a lighting strike set Spica's forest on fire, Kendall-who had been lost at the time, had been present when the lightening hit and was rendered blind. She was blind and terrified when Asami saw her again, and suddenly her urge to be rude to the girl changed. With the girl unable to see her, she felt relaxed for the first time in a long while. Still her control over the girl didn't change, even if she suddenly began to feel protective of her.
That Summer, Kendall went to visit her family, and Asami was abandoned to Astraea's Summer house. There she met Kendall's cousin Ryoko, during an especially weak moment. Asami missed Kendall sorely, and worried about her more than anything. Ryoko asked her, "So why don't you make her yours?" Implying that she, of course, take Kendall as a romantic partner. In spite of her brattiness, Asami had her own degree of innocence and it would take her several months to understand what that truly meant, and several more to act on it.
Then at the Winter Ball she decided. While holding the hand of her blinded and beautiful masked partner, she declared it. Kendall was hers now and forever. Reluctantly, and weak against Asami, Kendall could only agree. Asami does love her, but only doesn't know any better than to express it through demands and commands, Kendall's feelings in turn may only exist because Asami commands it. What Kendall doesn't let on is, she is incredibly happy taking orders as she does, as ever since her blinding the orders have been more charming than ruthless.
Now, under Asami's force, the two run for Etoile. The protective and disagreeable Asami, the blind and helpless Kendall; but there is something more brewing under the surface, another type of person exists inside of Kendall. One day soon, Asami's love may force itself upon her all too soon and something will definitely snap.
Also for Miator:
Sado Kagami & Kitsuki Sha
"Once upon a time there was a majestic Prince of Miator, and her name was Sado Kagami. One day, the Prince had stumbled upon an angel playing with her winged friends, and immediately was enchanted by her and her embodiment of purity. That Angel was Kitsuki Sha, whom in return and with a childlike wonder- found herself filled with admiration for the warm hearted Prince. A creature so pure is such a rarity in this world, thus the Prince made a silent vow of upmost protection. The Angel, nestled under her armoured wing. There is more to this story than one would think, for 'love' is a tangled web.
Let us rewind, back to the Winter Ball. For it was there the Prince met the beautiful yet mysterious Spican Princess, Nayuki Inoue. As if drawn to her at first sight, the Prince unintentionally let her heart slowly be swept away into love. The Princess? Charmed by the Prince had to admit there was indeed something about her that was special. If left alone, the Prince and the Princess might have a chance at letting a romance bloom, although with the Angel herself- blissfully unaware of her own slowly developing feelings for her protective and noble Prince. All in all, the Prince and the Princess may live happily ever after, with the gentle Angel under the Prince's wing. But then that would be all too easy wouldn't it? What fairy tale does not have a villain?
Enter the Demon Ice Prince of Spica, Shoka Donomoto. The Demon had captured the Angel in her web of deceit one sunny and fated day. Taking advantage of the Angels innocent heart and mind; the Demon then tried to steal the Angels first kiss, and perhaps even her virtue. Just when the Demon was about to taste its prey was only when the valliant Prince arrived, and just in time to thwart the Demon and rescue the Angel. Recalling her vow to protect her always, the Prince more than ever kept her watch over her little Angel. But the Demon, despite the Prince's warnings, was not easily deterred and now sought to destroy the Prince herself and all she cared for, starting with the little Angel.
Oblivious to the tension and bad blood between the Demon and the Prince, the Angel met with the Demon alone. It was there where the beast planted thoughts into the Angels innocent mind, did the Angel only admire the Prince? Or were her feelings perhaps something more?
Later, the Angel was influenced by her father to run for the position 'Etoile'. Though due to her own unlabeled emotions, the Angel asked the Prince to run with her; unable to understand why she wants the Prince at her side rather than any one else, and further more not wanting to be at any one else's side in return to begin with. Not one to ever turn down a request from her Angel, the Prince agreed- albeit a little hesitant at first once she heard of yet another wish. That the reason for them running would be kept a secret- Even from the Princess whom the Prince so dearly loves. Wheels are set into motion as feelings are twisted and bonds are tested. Behind all is the Demonic mastermind who hides behind a handsome face. Who will she attack next? Who else will be pulled into this giant web of deceit? Win or lose, we present to you- a bitter sweet Etoile fairytale..."

Some people ask me how I've lived till now I tell them I don't know. Remember, Forget...Once again Chiyo walked up the wooden stairs of the small portable stage they set up here every year. She remembered that one year ago, she had wandered up these very same steps excitedly clutching the hand of her soul mate, Arceia Aeducan, who now seemed to be standing rather awkwardly near, yet away from her. As per tradition, once the Etoiles were chosen, the previous etoile would pass their pendants to the Seme and Uke girls. Chiyo's red pendant would go the Uke, whichever they might be. She gazed over at the girls milling about nearby in pairs, they must be the applicants. She looked between the two, a taller and rather handsome redhead pair, and a younger pair that seemed to be a cute lolita twinship. By looks alone she could tell the short redhead with the hearing aids, and the even shorter pinkette with the blank stare must be the Ukes in both relationships. She wondered if it would be worth it to warn the girls of The Etoile Curse? After all, it had been proven false hadn't it? Her fears had been that since Rin Minigawa had worn the blue pendant, and her partner, the late Chibiru Kanoa had died while wearing the red pendant, that Chibiru (having inherited the red pendant) was doomed to die as well. Then after surviving the year and not dying, she wondered if instead the curse lay within the blue pendant. Perhaps all the Etoiles who wore it were destined to end up alone like Rin? She glanced at Arceia, who refused to meet her gaze. Maybe...maybe that wouldn't happen right? Chiyo certainly wasn't planning on going anywhere, but Arceia had been so different ever since that night. Had Arceia really...really tried to...force herself on her? Chiyo refused to remember it that way, and even though Cei hadn't gone through with it, things between them had been very different, and in someways it felt like they were falling apart. Maybe warning the next couple would be a good idea after all. Any couple who was named Etoile was doomed. She caught herself then and shoot her head. No! No they weren't! She marched up and took Arceia's hand and smiled kindly out at the squealing girls in the audience as they stood out on the green near the Mouth of Truth. The Mouth of Truth was a circle in the wall of the gate, it was said that the couple could put their hands inside and if their love was true, pull them out again unharmed, if not, their hands would be cut off! She glanced at the hole nervously and returned her expression to the happy fans, only to jealously notice that there weren't near as many squealing fans as there had been for Rin. Oddly though, there seemed to clearly be fans for the tall redheaded Miator girl...Sado? One of the sisters came to the stage to give a speech, last year she remembered Rin had chosen to give her own speech, this year Chiyo had opted out of such a chore. How could she give a speech about Etoile and the competition when she had so much on her mind with Arceia? Still...she was glad to be rid of the title of Etoile, it hadn't been all she expected, and if there were and Etoile Curses, maybe not being Etoile anymore would break them and things between her and Cei would go back to normal...maybe. And you love me too Your thoughts are just for me You set my spirit free I'm happy that you do. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ [/blockquote] *CHIYO SAKURA*Words~ 595 Notes~ Ahh poor Chiyo has become a lot less peppy in the few years I've played her. xD But that's the beauty of it, character's do change and grow through the years. ^_^ This post is meant to set the stage for anyone else at the Etoile competition. That bird still can't fly well
But someday she will know The feeling of Cutting through the wind anticipation...Oh the butterflies! Kitsuki stopped and put both hands on her belly and looked at them, as if doing so might calm the twisting feeling. Was she nervous? Happy? Excited? All of the above? She spared a glance at Sado, win or lose she couldn't wait to see her at the beach this summer. Normally, she spent all summer with her father, but for the first time, she opted to spend some of it at the Astraea House. It was a strange decision, normally nothing mattered but seeing her father, so the urge to see Sado sooner than the next year was as odd as it was powerful. She remembered their trip to the mall, picking out so many new bathing suits, she picked the out with Sado, it would be a waste not to get the wear them right? A Sister began giving a speech, but Kitsuki hardly paid attention, the current Etoiles both seemed to have something else on their minds, adn Kitsuki found herself equally distracted. Somehow, she found herself looking for a certain tall dark and redheaded Spican in the crowd. Could Shoka be here? Would she do anything strange? She felt herself inch closer to Sado at that thought. The way the girl seemed to touch her every time they met, especially after her new found self consciousness, she felt uncomfortable with anyone but Sado being that close to her. Such thoughts had her remembering Sado's accidental touch at the pool, and her hands lightly touched the buttons on her Summer uniform. Not a moment later she was distracted by movement and glanced over at Sado who seemed closer than she'd been a moment ago. (powerplay?) Blinking, she smiled, oblivious to the fact that there was yet another Spican redhead in the crowd who may have been the center of Sado's thoughts at that moment. "Sado-kun?" she said, "Are you excited?" She knew that one of the trials they would have to pass would be ballroom dancing, and she found that most appealing. She was used to standing on her father's feet while they danced around the living room, but real dancing? And with Sado? More butterflies, though the little angel didn't understand exactly what that butterfly feeling meant, yet somehow, she enjoyed it. || It's in every one of us ||------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------- || To be wise || || Find your heart || ------------------------------------------------- Easy does it.. A soft sigh escaped Sados lips as she stood in front of many wandering eyes. The very same thought rushing over her, why was she there? She stood alongside her little angel as orange orbs drifted mildly and discreetly from her running mate to everyone else around her. It took her a few moments to realize that she was standing before her peers for the fact that she and her innocent little bird were running for the position of Etoile. The tall Miator sighed yet again as she recalled what Cat had said during one of her latest call ups. The mention of her running for Etoile was enough to send the twenty three year old into a frenzy of delight. Sado couldnt really hear her words for the fact that the Miator had moved her cell away from her ear to allow time to pass and not strain her ear from her friends screaming session. 'I honestly didnt think you were one to run for Etoile.'Cats voice rang in her ears as the proud Miator pondered lightly on it. When she first entered Miator, the thought of running for Etoile had never been part of her 'to do' list. In fact, the only reason she was there right now was because of her little angel. Orange orbs looked upon her dearest bird as she smiled rather fondly. How could Sado ever turn down any request made by her innocent and adorable Kitsuki? It was simply unheard of. And if by running for Etoile with her angel meant that Kitsuki would continue to smile- then so be it. Eyes settled upon the former Etoiles as they remained quiet and appeared to be lost in thought. This was the first time Sado had seen the two, yet so close even. But the Miator was more concerned with their expressions. You would think that those who held the position as Etoile would be wearing overly done smiles and what-not. Sado eyed the quiet blonde Etoile as she shifted lightly in place. Yes, Sado had not met either personally- but she did read up a bit on them. And according to that, the uke Etoile was said to be a very peppy person. Something was a miss. But before the Miator could put more thought into it, her attention was then brought to the other running Etoile candidates. Sado smiled warmly at the cute lolita duo as she nodded silently in greeting. It was a competition, but that in no way meant she felt any hostile towards them. Everyone had equal rights in becoming Etoile. Nobody was 'better' only 'suited'. But whether her and Kitsuki made the cut or not, this whole event was in itself one to remember. Sado looked upon her little bird as she once again found herself smiling. She had to thank her later for getting her involved in this. Though it was never Sados intention of running for Etoile, she was one of the few who had the chance to experience a bit of it. Glancing towards the place they stood, Sado could only imagine the past damsels that once stood at the very same spot as they were. All with hopes and dreams of gaining such an important title. To be in the same situation as they were- Sado was blessed. She held a new found smile that seemed to beam with her ever sun colored eyes. Looking into the crowd, Sados gaze was met by many who she had seen through out campus. Flushed cheeks of the very same girls who had given her the title 'Prince of Miator'. But alas... there was a certain someone she had wished to see. A certain red headed beauty that sent her heart a flutter even without trying. Thinking it best to shift slightly at her spot, Sado loomed over a bit towards her angel in an attempt to locate her princess. Thats when a very familiar and endearing tone had broken Sados search. "Sado-kun?" "Are you excited?"Sado looked down upon those cute innocent eyes as she blushed lightly at how close she was to her. Swallowing deeply as she faked a cough and glanced away only for a second before returning to meet those very same pure eyes. "I am very excited Kitsuki-chan. Probably 'too' excited." Sado chuckled lightly in an attempt to ease her angel. Then she gently wrapped her arms around Kitsuki (over her shoulders) as hands linked at the front. She can only imagine how much this was to take in, she wasnt sure if her angel was nervous- but even if she wasnt, a hug was always welcomed. "Lets do our best." ------------------------------------------------- || Open up both your eyes || || We can all know everything || || Without ever knowing why ||------------------------------------------------- Lyrics: 'Its In Every One Of Us' - John Denver Notes: Not at all hun xD You did amazing~<3

『 ETOILE COMPETITION 2012 』 ♬ ♪ ♩ ♬ ♪ ♩ Aika shifted, uncomfortable under the hot stage lights. One would think she would be used to it. But every time, she found that she had not started to like it. She was just as uncomfortable. So many eyes on her.
Fortunately, this was the Etoile election, and although some eyes flickered toward the tall Lulim student, most of the excitement was focused on the two pairs of girls at the forefront of the stage.
Even though there were no Spica pairs running for Etoile this year, it was still her job as the Student Council President to be there and to congratulate the new Etoile pair when they were announced. Rather than looking out at the crowd, her brown eyes floated over the other girls who shared the stage.
The former Etoile Pair: Chiyo and Arceia, who also happened to be Aika's predecessor as student council president. Something seemed wrong with them. They weren't the same girls that she had seen on stage from the audience last year. Although Aika had only met the dark haired girl a few brief times before, something about her seemed changed. Maybe these girls weren't the only ones who changed. The brunette's fingers wrapped around her necklace.
Her eyes passed over the four Miator girls. Each girl was so precious to her partner, although in different ways. Someone precious.... Aika caught herself looking at the crowd, searching for that familiar face, those familiar eyes. Chibiru. But instantly, the teenager looked away, her grip on the necklace tightening. She had hardly given a thought to Rina at all this year. Rina, the girl who had been so important to her, the childhood friend who she had wanted so desperately to protect but who had disappeared. What was wrong with her? Thinking of someone else and wanting to get closer to someone else when she couldn't even be there for Rina?

A lot of tension in the air, people talking and wondering who will be the next etoile. It had been a while since Chie participated at the last etoile electrions. For a minute the memory of the last elections passed in front of her eyes. "All those memories. It felt like it was yesterday" she said to herself. She then turned her head to her SCP coleague Aika and tryed to catch her gaze for a while so she could greet her. Truth be told, the Spican scp felt a bit of dissapointment because nobody would run for etoile from spica. "Maybe if i could find a special person for me also, I could run next year", she continued to speak to herself.
Another thing that she regreted was that she didn't had the chance of knowing the former etoiles, they seemed to be good girls, but it would be kind of awkward to simply go to them and ask for their friendship. Who knows, maybe she will have the chance. As for who will be the new etoiles, the two paires appeared to be up for the job. Chieko always admired people that had ambition and carred for others, people that want to inovate.
As she stood listening to the nun's speech, she began remembering her key moments as SCP. She remembered the first day as scp, and how her life and the life of Spican students changed. She remembered her first concert at the cultural festival, she remembered the day she opened the door to the first club she founded and so on. After she stopped daydreaming, she began to hope that Astraea hill would have a better future.

Noriko glanced around uncertainly, feeling a bit uncomfortable in this huge crowd of strangers. The air hummed with excitement and speculation, students whispering amongst each other; it was almost palpable.
Having only just arrived at Astrea Hill, Noriko was a bit of a loss of what to do. From what she could gather from the hushed whispers, there was some kind of... competition going on. It wasn't the usual student council election though, the crowd was far too large and giddy for that. She heard the word "Etoile" among the murmured phrases, and she figured that it was the position that was being voted on.
Noriko almost facepalmed as she realized she'd have to vote to, what with now being an official student at the school. She'd only just arrived, but already she'd have to make some kind of decision. Great, it wasn't enough that she was chronically indecisive, but now she didn't even know the people she'd be voting on!
Her eyes passed over the four girls standing on the stage. Each of them were clad in what she assumed was the Miator summer uniform. She briefly wondered why there weren't any students from the other schools up there, but then shrugged it off. After all, this could be something for only Miator students...
Noriko pouted to herself, wishing she'd been given some kind of folder or pamphlet to explain all of this. There was no way she could make up her mind, especially with so little knowledge of the situation!
--- Side note: I know how the Etoile system works, but my char is a transfer student and only just arrived at Astrea Hill, so she doesn't know about the Etoiles ^^;

Post by Nayuki Inoue on Jul 13, 2012 18:04:51 GMT -5
Yet again it was time for the Etoile competition to be held and the second Nayuki would attend. Truth be told she had never cared too much about the competition, not seeing what was so special about two people sharing this unique bond which them made them fit to represent all three schools. It only game them unnessecary popularity, which couldn’t do anything but making them think highly of themselves. At least the student council presidents had a purpose. Usually the two would be lovers as well which Nayuki couldn’t relate to in the slightest. But she did come to the ceremony none the less, just to keep track on things.
The moment she stepped inside she felt eyes pointing in her direction more intensively than usual. Some started whispering to each other before quickly turning away while others openly stared. Nayuki arched an eyebrow at this, eying some of the girls with a cold stare. The act caused most of them look away.
Going over to stand close to a group of girls she tried to get a view of the scene, finding it pretty hard despite her height. It was as if the crowd of females in front of her only grew by every second. Standing close to the girls beside her she did however pick up some facts about the ones on the stage. “There’s two couples from Miator attending this year so there will be Miator Etoiles no matter what.” One of the girls said to the others, sounding pretty happy about it. So there would be no Etoile conflicts between the two schools this year, Nayuki mused and wondered how the presidents of the two other schools felt about this.
“Yeah! And I am sure Sado and Kitsuki will win, they’re such an amazing couple!” Another pink haired girl added, her light voice filled with admiration. “I know!” Someone else chirped in.
Nayuki’s eyes immediately widened at what the girls said and she could feel her heart-beat racing. S-Sado..? She repeated in her mind, turning to the girls to confirm what she already knew deep down. “You,” The red haired girl spoke sharply, her intense blue eyes settling on the pink haired girl. “Is it Kagami, Sado who’s participating in the Etoile contest?” The way the words were shot at the girl made her flinch. Not daring to open her mouth she merely nodded her head, biting her lips and closing her eyes as if expecting the older student to hurt her. “Oh…” Nayuki uttered, immediately loosing all strength in her voice. She took a step back, blinking a couple of times to truly take in the information. “I see. Thank you for letting me know,” The girl replied faintly and turned away starting to make her way through the crowd.
Her mind was in a blur as she walked, not managing to get her thoughts straight. So… Sado-san was already in a relationship. Then why..? Stopping dead on her tracks she began toying with another idea. Perhaps she never was… She continued forward towards the stage, sometimes lightly bumping into others on her way. The voices around her had faded away and all she could hear was her own thoughts coming up with all kinds of reasons and answers for her questions. That was until the young woman suddenly had to stop her inner discussion and remind herself what she had promised three and a half years ago. ”Never cause harm to another person again.” And by being close to someone that was simply bound to happen, being the cursed person she was. The bond she had been fantasizing about sharing with Sado had merely been a dream from the very beginning. She could never allow it to happen anyway. Then… why did she feel so empty inside?
Reaching the front of the crowd she set her eyes on the competing couples, seeing Sado with her arms around a smaller pink haired girl. Up till now it had been a small hope in her chest saying that the other students had merely been mistaken, but the moment her blue orbs settled on Sado it all came crushing down on her. Why had she let herself be charmed by this woman, just like everyone else? What had kept her from giving the orange head the cold shoulder she gave all the other students? Nayuki realized how she turned out to be more… attracted to this girl than what she had first thought herself to be. And this could simply not continue. She realized it most likely wouldn’t matter too much to the Miatorian student either if she kept her distance. They hardly really knew each other and it seemed like she had already found her special one. Nayuki guessed Sado truly was a charmer after all.
Turning on her heal she realized how glad she was that she wouldn’t be teaching at st. Miator. Seeing the orange haired girl would just make matters worse after all. It was time for her to focus on her goal and look away from the distractions that kept getting in her way. Especially this one. Too preoccupied dealing with her thoughts the soon-to-become teacher didn’t watch where she was going and suddenly found herself crashing into an unfamiliar brown haired Spica student. This immediately dragged her back to reality and made her gasp in horror. “I’m so sorry!” The red haired girl blurted out, acting strikingly out of character.
Notes: sorry for pushing Nayu on you Norii~ I hope it’s all right >w< And this post just went on forever ~( x _ x )~

I can see you but you can't see me

predator...A certain redheaded prince stood among the girls of Atsraea Hill as they all clamored about in the late morning sun. Shoka was wearing her uniform for once, The Summer version of the Spica Uniform was a white one-peice dress with two rows of gold buttons running down the front. The edges of the skirt and short sleeves were lined in a blue and white stripe pattern. Normally, this was to be worn buttoned up with a cute bow tie around the neck, Shoka of course did not wear the tie nor the blue hirt underneath, so the curved "v" neckline of the white dress outlined only skin and hinted at a modest bust. Most of the girls marveled at her unusual choice of clothing. Shoka was always in slacks and a blouse, and she was glared at by more than a few Sisters who disapproved of her way of wearing the school-appropriate garb. Nevertheless, she made it near the front easily enough, from maybe 20 feet back, she was tall enough to see the stage. Seeing Sado and Kitsuki holding each other made her smile, eyes filled with a certain sly malice that was deceivingly warm. It was however about that moment when another redhead caught her eye. Shoka had done enough research to know she was a former Student Council President for Spica. She seemed hurt by Kitsuki and Sado together like that-and that was the only thing that made Shoka continue to watch her. The girl's eyes seemed to fill with a dark resolve before she plowed right over-and onto another Spican Lady. Could this redhead be connected to the two? If so, Shoka needed to know who she was, how she was connected, and more importantly what did this girl mean to Sado in particular? Sliding long fingers through her tousled bangs, the girl strode up to the two girls on the ground. She offered a hand to Nayuki first, "Pardon me," she said kindly, "I saw your fall, are you both alright?" She made a point of meeting Nayu's gaze, her orange orbs (though reminiscent of another orange pair of eyes) gazed at her with a penetrating seduction that delved into her very soul. There was a pain in her eyes, along with a fierce resolve that tried to hide it behind embarrassment and anger. Long fingers would curl around Nayuki's palm as she helped her to stand. She would have ignored the other girl, int he effort to pursue her questions about this girl, but from what Shoka knew of her, it would do well to present herself as a much kinder sort. So she helped up the other girl as well, with much less intense eye contact. To entertain both maidens she spoke again to both, "Interesting ceremony, Etoile," she began,"many hearts seem to burst with lust for the glory of the title, or for the very attention of those who hold it. Seems also that some hearts burst instead with pain," she said, hinting to Nayu that she had seen her sadness. "the cause of such pain, I would like to remedy." she added, giving Nayu another of her understanding-and yet penetrating looks. She fully expected the redhead to turn from her, angry that she had a good idea of her inner thoughts, but she was prepared for that. As for the other Spican, Shoka found it difficult to give her the needed attention when her curiosity was so centered around this woman. When she could, she stole a glance at the stage, had Sado seen her? The gaze that Sado would give this woman, especially upon spotting her with Shoka, would betray any secret and tell her who exactly she was to her. Important or otherwise. [/blockquote] *Shoka Donomoto*Words~628 Notes~Soooo uhhhhhhm....Shoka basically saw Nayu react to Sado, and Shoka is basically out to ruin Sado's life for fun. Getting to know how Nayu is connected to her, and ultimately finding out will be an epic moment for Shoka, and will set the wheels in motion for a whole line of drama for the following year. Shoka will be nice to Nayu xD for now, she's just curious about her. When she finds out that sado and her have a "thing" then Nayu will be in dager of being seduced more than anything lol. Shoka won't be dumping her for a long time. Not until Sado is totally devastated and by then, maybe Shoka won't want to get rid of Nayu-who knows?! Anyway Nayu is not in danger of seeing Shoka's evil side for a loooooong time. ^^ And sorry Nori, I wasn't trying to cut you out, it was just hard to keep shoka focused on two girls at once lol. Still pondering the whole situation, Noriko was caught by surprise when something, or rather, someone crashed into her from behind, causing her to stagger forward. Her balance failed her, and she landed unceremoniously on the rather unwelcome-looking ground. An annoyed expression settled on her face.
Immediately she heard a “I'm so sorry!” beside her, and she turned to see a red-haired girl wearing a uniform almost like her own, though with small changes. A mature air seemed to emanate from her, assuring Noriko in her assumption that the girl (or should she saw woman?) was a couple of years older than herself. She was beautiful, red curls framing her slender face.
Then suddenly, another redhead appeared, helping up the girl who'd bumped into her. The newcomer was so fixated on the other girl that Noriko almost thought she would simply ignore her, but in the end she reached down and helped her up too.
The girl who had helped her up was older as well, and Noriko felt usual confidence waver slightly. They must think her a clumsy kid, so young that she was compared to them...
The redhead who appeared last started speaking about the Etoile Election, but her words didn't make much sense to Noriko, who turned her attention towards the stage once again as thoughts circled in her head. Should she excuse herself? Or should she wait for the older girls to dismiss her? The darker redhead seemed so focused on the other girl, making Noriko feel uncomfortable, as if she was a third wheel.

Note: I don't mind at all, Nayu C: Bumping into someone is the best conversation-starter ever invented! I know, because I've tested it myself~ muahahaha
Oh and Shoka, I actually didn't read your post at first. But I edited my reply, so it should fit now..

Post by Nayuki Inoue on Jul 16, 2012 12:31:05 GMT -5
The fall and realization of her strange behaviour quickly brought Nayuki back to earth and she pushed away her thoughts regarding the girl on the scene. At least to a place further back in her brain. She quickly put her chilly mask of an expression back on and was about to stand up as a hand was offered to her. Still on the floor she lightly tilted her head up to meet striking orange orbs staring into her own aqua blue ones. Feeling herself getting sucked into the gaze she almost missed that the stranger spoke up to her and it wasn’t before she heard the word ‘alright’ that she seemed to snap out of it. Inwardly scolding herself for getting lost in the other red haired girl’s gaze she quickly grabbed the other Spicans hand out of politeness and pulled herself to her feet.
“Thank you,” Nayuki said, her voice going back to its cold usual self. That kind of tone that made most students think she wanted them to disappear from sight this instant, even though she didn’t say anything rude. Smoothing out the skirt of her uniform she looked back up into the orange eyes of the helping student, finding the colour of her eyes to be almost similar to Sado’s eye colour. But there was no doubt about the fact that this was an entirely different individual. “Yes, I am perfectly all right,” The girl said calmly, though she felt it unnecessary to be asked such questions after a mere fall like this. From such a position the other girl should be able to see that she didn’t show any signs of being in pain after all.
Looking over to the younger girl she on the other hand couldn’t help but feel slightly worried she’d bumped into the girl too hard. “Are you all right?” Nayuki asked the brown haired student, still feeling a bit bad for her actions. She noticed how she hadn’t replied to the other Spican’s question and felt a pang of fear that she’d hit her head. To her relief the girl seemed to be doing all right as she studied her for a short moment. What she on the other hand picked up was how the girl looked a bit lost. As a soon-to-be teacher she got the idea of trying to act as thus and was about to ask the girl if she’d just transferred but was cut off by the older student. To her greatest displeasure did the red head bring up the subject about the Etoile competition and her eyes did for just a split second look back at the stage before they settled on the girl.
"many hearts seem to burst with lust for the glory of the title, or for the very attention of those who hold it. Seems also that some hearts burst instead with pain,"
The blue-eyed girl was slightly taken aback by the stranger’s speech, and a small change in her facial expression did immediately give that away. It seemed pretty obvious that she had noticed Nayuki’s reaction to the certain competing couple. At first Nayuki felt slightly embarrassed by being caught in such a vulnerable situation. But her embarrassment was quickly covered up by a cold facial expression. “W—“ Again did she stop herself to listen to the other talk which only made her even more determined to hide her true feelings. “I see,” She began silently fighting to keep her voice as calm and collected as before. “Well that is really none of my concern as I have never been very interested in this competition. But I take it that you on the other hand is more found of it. Then I suggest you turn your attention back to the stage.”
Giving the younger Spican student a last glance to make sure she was all right Nayuki prepared to make her leave. “If you’ll both excuse me, I have a better place to be.” Her eyes went back to the kind older student a last time before she elegantly spun on her heal and started for the exit. The sooner she got out of this place, the better.
Notes: yuus! I like this a loot~ sorry Nayu wants to leave and all T^T

I can see you but you can't see me
If I'm quiet I'll slide up behind you
And If you hear me I'll enjoy trying to find you.
curiouser and curiouser...It was odd, how the girl was so icy. She was afraid it seemed, and Shoka took a dear note of the fact. Nayuki's comments translated their direct meaning to Shoka, and the tall redhead took the words at face value, not reading deeper into their meanings or tones. (meaning she was not offended or put-off by Nayu's way of talking). She did however look deeper into her breathing, and the position of her shoulders. The girl made for a quick exit. Shoka was tempted to follow, but she would need to tread carefully, it was the last glance given to her by the young woman that made her stay put. The girl was curious about her as well, and that curiosity told Shoka how to act in the next step of getting closer to this girl. So she let the woman escape, noting the direction she went. That in turn left her metaphorically alone with the younger Spican Student. She blinked, her hands looking for pockets that were not there at her hips, instead her long fingers traveled into the firey mane and her eyes slid to the remaining girl. "I am Shoka Donomoto," she said to re-enter conversation with a slight bow, "sixth year. Forgive me," her hand left her hair and she looked to the stage, before wondering back to the girl, "I think that woman has a clue to something I need for an experiment." She paused a moment, knowing the girl would only be confused by such a statement before continuing, "Do you like science? I find that people make fine subjects for observation, far more complex than any chemical." Speaking of chemicals, Shoka made for an obvious glace at the girl's skirt, the exact location where creamy thigh transitioned to white fabric, then her gaze slowly trailed up her body, as if noting and assessing her-if not looking right through her dress. It was the sort of gaze that made shy girls want to cover themselves, even if they were fully dressed. She met her eyes again. "Don't you agree?" She would keep up this conversation for the time being, she would follow after Nayu soon enough. [/blockquote] *Shoka Donomoto*Words~370 Notes~ Sorry Shoka kind of took over everything. Nayu, if you didn't really leave I can change this, and Nori- now you sort of have Shoka's attention lol or at least your skirt does-sorry for that too, Shoka's a creep like that, even though she's distracted at the moment. I'll have her excuse herself to follow Nayu eventually. Though Nayu, should we continue here? Or a new thread? Ak Sorry again Nori I feel like I messed things up for you. -tear- Lyrics~Virus of Life by Slipknot.

|| It's in every one of us ||------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------- || To be wise || || Find your heart || ------------------------------------------------- Orange orbs glanced into the crowd as each smile seen- one was returned. Sado barely moving but all in all keeping Kitsuki in her arms. Perhaps the main reason she had her angel enveloped in her arms was more for her own unknown sake than for her little angels. Reason was obvious.. Being placed into such a competition that even 'she' knew barely anything about. Whenever she had the chance, she did her best to look it up. What exactly a Etoile pairing was. For one couple to represent the three school as a whole? Something told Sado that this title was just a step or two higher from 'Prom Queen'. She eyed the crowd of girls, especially giving the red headed ones special attention. The more Sado searched for a certain red headed beauty, the closer her urge came into bringing about one of her bad habits. Slipping her bottom lip slightly into her mouth, Sado started to nibble at the skin. Biting her bottom lip was a habit she developed since her earlier years, and it was one that came about only when the Miator was in deep concentration, nervous, angry, and or undecisive. "Ah~ Inoue-sama is here<3" "Eh?! Really? Where?" "Shes over there."Two of the girls in the front started talking as the one who spotted the red headed princess turned back to gesture over into the said location that the former Spica President was last seen. There were a lot of chattering, but Sados ears were always sharp when the very mention of the one who had managed to send her heart a flutter was mentioned. She followed the girls eyes into said direction before finally... Orange orbs warmly and admirably settled upon the object of her affections. But alas, the big smile that had graced Sados lips were slowly dying down as she noticed something was amiss. Was Nayuki... upset? Hurt? But why? "Doesnt Sado and Kitsuki make a lovely couple?"Couple? Thats when it dawned on the oranged hair Miator that it was a common thing that the couples running for the Etoile position were often lovers. Sado looked down upon her little angel and noticed her own arms graced over her angel protectively. Did.. Nayuki.. No.. Sado was just about to call out to Nayuki but refrained almost as immediately as she was about to yell out. She couldnt make a scene. This was something important to Kitsuki, and doing something like yelling out into the crowd would definitely not go well. Did Nayuki think that she was with Kitsuki? Then again.. Sado never mentioned it to Nayuki that she was also running for Etoile. But it wasnt her fault that she couldnt tell her enchanting princess. The reason for them running was to be kept a secret. She promised Kitsuki. And it wasnt in Sados nature to go against her promises. As the red headed retreated, Sado noticed her bumping into another woman. Sado opened her mouth but shut it reluctantly as she wished with all her might to explain all this to Nayuki. And to even assist her in her collision. But as if things couldnt get even more worse, Sado froze in her spot as she saw yet another familiar red head, though her feelings towards this person were the exact opposite to that of her feelings for Nayuki. "Shoka.." Sado whispered lowly under jagged breath as she eyed the woman she detested assist the red headed princess back up to her feet. The thought that the very same woman she had a not so lovely first meet with was helping up the object of her affections made Sado definitely uneasy. To the point that her lip bled from her increased pressure of her biting. But Sado tried her best to remain calm. Her outside appearance and aura was completely different to how she felt on the inside. She held her smile and prince-like charm, but on the inside was a burning fury that only seemed to burn whenever Shoka was involved. First was with her angel, and now it seemed that the next target was the gorgeous Nayuki? Sado posed in her usual prince-like state as she held her empty smile, to everyone else around her, nothing had changed. But the light in her eyes, even as Nayuki walked away- was glowing as she stared directly at Shoka. Sado didnt like to be pushed, she didnt like to be tested. Her eyes rang with a warning that was solely intended for Shoka and Shoka alone. Not only was she worried about Nayuki taking her running with her angel all wrong, but even now she had to worry about Shoka getting her claws around the enchanting Nayuki. At least one thing was for sure, sleeping wouldnt come easy. Whats a Miator to do? ------------------------------------------------- || Open up both your eyes || || We can all know everything || || Without ever knowing why ||------------------------------------------------- Lyrics: 'Its In Every One Of Us' - John Denver Notes: WOOT! Okay lol~ soooo I made it where Sado 'assumes' that Shoka knows about her and Nayuki. But her reaction and all is yeah, what gives it away that Nayuki is special to her. Great job Sado lol xD I had a hard time trying to figure out how Sado would react, but I think I did alright. o.o At least I hope I did xD If it needs to be edited then let me know~
