What kind of clothes does you character wear when she's not in uniform? When Maki is out of uniform, she is usually wearing just her hospital gown. During very rare occasions, she may be wearing a yukata gifted to her by her family.
What Clubs is you character involved in? None. (Too sick.)
Is your character on the Student Council? - No
If yes, what does your character think of the student council president, Anna Von Eichelberger? N/A
Please explain your character's personality in 200 words or more: Maki is pessimistic, due to her condition, and yet also fairly innocent about most things, as she led a very sheltered life up to her enrollment at Lulim. She has echopraxia, which sometimes causes her to mimic other’s movements, or repeat what others say. She also has sleep terror disorder, which is barely fixed by her bunny plushie she keeps with her on her bed. She is unwittingly very dominant, though this springs from her lack of human contact. She shows her affinity toward cute girls due to her curiosity which sprang from a few yuri manga which she was snuck when she lived at home. She hid them well, but every day she became curious about what a relationship would be like. She is very strong minded, telling others to not resign to their fate, however, she has already resigned to hers making her a hypocrite. Maki’s sickness is slowly consuming her, causing her to miss class and in effect, lose touch and become rather isolated from the rest of her classmates. Also, her large list of medical conditions makes it hard for others to befriend her, either reacting negatively to her echopraxia, or being afraid of her disease spreading (which are just rumors).
What does you character think of the Etoile position as a whole? Maki thinks the Etoile position is rather important, but wonders what the point is if it’s only for one year.
Does your character want to be an Etoile someday? Maki would like to be an Etoile, but feels that she’d probably die before then.
What does your character think of Sado Kagami and Kitsuki Sha, the current etoiles? Maki just wonders what they do behind locked doors, and if it’s anything like the manga she read.
What does your character think of the other schools? Maki had never been truly competitive throughout her 12 years of home schooling, and was not compelled to feel so at Lulim.
~History~
Please write in 100 words or more your character's history before she came to Lulim.
History before Astraea Hill: Maki was born as an only child to a very strict family, intent on keeping certain standards within their family. After her birth, her mother could no longer have children, for some reason, though the blame was secretly placed on Maki. She was never allowed to leave her house, causing her to never develop friendships. As the years went by, the stress her family placed on her lead to a mental breakdown, causing her echopraxia and sleep terror disorder. A year later, on her 12th birthday, Maki was diagnosed with Stage 3 pancreatic cancer. She was given a very slim chance of survival, and her parents decided to let Maki finally join society, as long as she kept tabs on her illness. She had decided to attend Lulim for her final years of her life.
First Year: (Wasn’t played)
Second Year: Maki first met the object of her affections, Reika, at the green house at the beginning of the year. She had continued run ins with the girl at the culture fest later that year and the winter ball.
Third Year:
Fourth Year:
Fifth Year:
Sixth Year:
Sample Post: Maki’s mother waved at her, as she left, smiling and tilting her head. Maki returned the gesture in the exact same manner, taking her dark suitcase into the equally dark car. She slid in to the back seat, and straightened her skirt. She closed her eyes for a moment, nearly falling asleep, but only to wake back up, sweaty and breathing like crazy, the seat in front of her vibrating slightly due to her thrashing. “You okay back there?” the driver asked. Maki simply nodded, placing her head back on the window, and staring out of it.
4 more years to live, at most, huh? She thought to herself with a sigh letting her eyelids close. She didn’t want to die yet. She hadn’t experienced love, had a good sense of accomplishment, or any of the great things she heard about life. Maki shook her head at these thoughts and pulled her light brown, stuffed bunny out of her suitcase. She held it close to her chest and finally got a good rest all the way to Astrea Hill.
