What kind of clothes does you character wear when she's not in uniform? This is a very good and complicated question when it comes to Chifu. Assuming that she's up to normal activities for an adolescent girl it's most likely to be shorts and simple tops that don't have a lot of frills. Anything that's easy to move around in. Though she has some more formal clothing she doesn't tend to wear it unless she absolutely has to. Hidden in her closet she additionally has biker gear for when she hears the call of the road (even though she only has a moped that doesn't require a license).
What activities is your character involved in? You may choose "none" or a maximum of three from the list below.
Ballroom Dancing: Yes
Is your character on the Student Council? Yes, though she's known to be kind of an absentee member of late for some unkown reason.
If yes, what does your character think of the student council president? Chifuyu knows of the new SCP and that she's fairly young but earnest in her desires to do well. Cute and definitely doesn't need to be upstaged by herself at the moment! However Chifu likes her spirit enough to want to support Rin however she can even if it's from a distance.
Please explain your character's personality in 200 words or more: Chifuyu Kitada is by most accounts a fairly typical young woman, though maybe less so by the longstanding expectations of Miator. She's actually pretty rough around the edges for a lady of MIator Girls' Academy since she doesn't have nearly the kind of decorum and tact one might expect. She is quick to form opinions and sticks to those until proven incorrect. While not so stubborn as to be immovable in these Chifuyu isn't one to shy away from sharing whatever her current opinion on something is. Her family has taught her that forthrightness is a key to success in negotiation and relationships. Whenever possible Chifu prefers to blaze her own path through life, finding her own ways to complete tasks and overcome obstacles; even if her ideas are a bit out there and difficult to achieve, she'd rather do things that way than to be told what to do.
Despite how off-putting her forthrightness and opinions can be, Chifu's actually a very loving person. Generally she likes people and becomes restless when alone because of it. It's hard to do things solo because she needs that reassurance that she's got someone's attention and hasn't been forgotten. That being the case she tries to help people out when she can, even going so far as to adopt the persona of a vigilante in order to help other girls overcome minor inconveniences in their daily life.
What does you character think of the Etoile position as a whole? Some might look at its romantic value, others might scratch their heads at it. Chifu does neither. Sure it might be nice to reach for the stars and gain the ultimate recognition but really you need a partner for it. Something that she doesn't have yet and as such won't bother worrying just yet.
Does your character want to be an Etoile someday? When you really look at it, it's the summit of achievement as a student from any of the three schools. Therefore it's something she would love to achieve is possible, but until she finds a suitable partner in crime she can't even begin to consider running.
What does your character think of the current etoiles? The current Etoiles seem nice enough and close enough to each other to be exactly what the titles are supposed to represent. However Chifuyu does not know them personally and believes that while cute together they are not really of her own concern. Even if she wants to be in their spot some day so she doesn't have to just be famous as her alter ego alone.
What does your character think of the other schools? Spica is probably where she'd fit in better with her sense of independence, but there are plenty of resources for what she wants to achieve at Miator. Plus nobody would ever suspect that Ghost Biker is actually a Miator girl, so she's fine being where she is. A little friendly competition with Spica isn't a bad thing either! LeRim's uniforms are really cute, so she doesn't mind them at all.
~History~
History before Astraea Hill: Chifuyu Kanzaki's life prior to enrolling at St. Miator's was fairly complicated. Though born into a well off family she never really knew her parents very well. At a young age they were always busy with various meetings, social events and other outings. Chifu herself was left with either household staff or, when the paretns would be out of town for an extended period of time, with her aunt. Though her parents never got along with her aunt sometimes the woman was really the only option. In a way aunt Chiyo was really the only family she knew other than the extended family of her aunt's husband. So when her parents disappeared and left their estate to her, Chifu ended up inviting her aunt to move in with her. The wild, spontaneous woman influenced Chifu a good deal, especially in using her imagination to resolve problems.
By the time Chifu reached the age where she could attend an Astraea school, she was supposed to follow her mother's footsteps and enroll at Spica. However on a whim Chifu took the entrance exam for Miator instead, passed with flying colors and ended up at the most traditional of the schools. Since her earlier years there she has either helped with or been a member of the Student Council, earning a reputation as a bit of a devil's advocate when big decisions are to be made. After seeing a number of classmates and younger students become frustrated from some of the more frustrating daily occurrences life can throw at one, she began stocking up on mundane items to resolve those kinds of issues. Her legend as 'Ghost Biker' grew until now there are stories of a mysterious silent girl with a moped as her steed who shows up just in the nick of time to get you out of a pickle. Word has it that she has her own theme music, which always accompanies her arrival.
Sample Post: On an ordinary day in Miator's dorm building, Chifuyu Kitada stood over her bed with a determined expression glued onto her face. She didn't really look the part of a student of the elite traditional ladies' school one bit in her current state. Instead of the formal uniform she was wearing a white tank top with red trim about the neckline, matching shorts and a pair of knee high socks. Her hair was braided into pigtails to keep it out of the way as she underwent the rigorous task of preparing these materials for their use in the near future. Much painstaking shopping had gone into assembling the support package which she'd need for her heroic duties. Now she was ensuring that she had enough of the right things to go about being Ghost Biker today. What rested in the folding case were a few cans of coffee and tea from vending machines, pre-sharpened pencils, notebook paper, paint brushes, colored pencils, and various other school supplies. A few other things like handkerchiefs and such were also tucked away in every nook and cranny she could possibly get them to fit in. Everything seemed to be in order then. Very good. Now she could don the motorcycle helmet of justice and rescue ladies from their minor inconveniences!
"I think I'll go with the rock version of my music today," she thought aloud before moving over to her closet and removing the helmet in question. Ghost Biker was on the case!
