It hadn't been long since she had flown this way yet now it seemed different. She wasn't going home... Not really. Infact she was packing. Well that and Showing Alice a glimpse of her world. Thoughts rang though her head what would Alice think, after all till now she really hadn't been back to America in a positive way at all , even when she lived there she only missed her mother. Sighing Jessie looked out the window. Would this trip even be positive . Alice only a few weeks ago had asked her something that made Jessie unsure. Was she dealing with her past or just running?
Her head hurt, rubbing her temples she sat back her hand glided over and iced one gently letting finger tips glide over it almost as if letting her fingers dance over the others hand. Alice was never truly warm but Jessie never minded. Jessie's pink eyes glanced over to the sleeping girl..well at least it seemed like she was sleeping . What made Alice come ? True they now both lived one another and Jessie guessed that that is what love was about yet.. Alice didn't necessarily seem to be the type to take a trip, yes she loved Jessie but..still. These doubt's twirled around her as she sat looking at the small fan that blew cool air on her face closing her eyes she finally fell asleep.
Soon she could feel something on her shoulder , waking up all her worries once again. Eyes through a tired mist looked up at a plane attendant.
" we are about to land miss .. "
Jessie blinked and stretched. " thank you."
Back again, back to Mystic Connecticut.

It seemed like only yesterday Jessie had brought up the idea of going to America to show a glimpse of her world, and to gather her things with the possibility of never returning home. Alice hadn't really slept during the long flight from Japan to the America destination. Granted, she had drifted off once of twice not under her own will - she disliked sleeping in public - but found not much else to do on an extensive flight. The majority of the time, she just let the curtain of snowy lashes fall shut over her icy eyes to pretend like she was; a plethora of her own echoing thoughts rippling through the self-caused darkness from the act of closing the eyes. What sort of state was Jessie in right now? How would she hold up? Would she change her mind? All these worries focused on the girl beside her along with various others came to exhaust the widow. Sleep was the only way to block them out.
A warm hand soon laced with hers, but the spider failed to react. It was better to just let the pink haired girl assume the ivory dancer was asleep, or so Alice decided, even though her own hand desired to tense slightly from the contact. Why had she come along? Yes, to support and be there for Jessie of course, and because she did admit that she loved the girl. But the spider disliked being in the large majority of the public eye and leaving the familiar territory of her web's expanse. She had never been to America before, and wasn't sure how well she would carry here. An albino half-Japanese half-French teen of the budding age of now fourteen who's English pronunciation was a bit on the rough side. Not to mention a girl of whom could look rather intimidating and unapproachable at times. It unsettled the spider a little the more she thought about it. But her personal concerns mattered little at the moment. This was for Jessie, after all.
Finally, a voice broke through her thoughts. One she did not know and then Jessie's. So they would be landing soon. Deciding it was best to pull from her feigned pretend sleep, Alice lifted her snowy head slowly, white lashes fluttering up a little to reveal the ghostly blue orbs beneath. In truth, her neck would be a bit sore from the slanted position she had held it in, but she could not feel it of course. This was it she guessed. Glancing at her pink haired partner, she let out a weary, pent-up breath and turned the occupied icy hand over so she could hold Jessie's better, hoping that the action would calm the girl a little had Jessie been nervous or under a heavy state of worry about the whole ordeal.

Noticing the soft gesture that Alice had done in hopes to calm the girl, seeing the open pam that her fingers now had laid on she smiled. Realizing this was all knew to the snowflake. Jessie had to be strong. If not for her self for her dance partner.. Her partner in this all. Looking at the plane attendant that began to get there bags she turned smiling up turning her words to her native language she spoke in English " Its alright ill get our bags . "
A nod from the attendant gave her the signal she climbed out into the main line of the plain reaching up she grabbed first Alices bag then her own, looking down at the girl who still sat passionately she spoke switching back to Japanese. " follow me close its not a huge airport so it won't take long to get out of here. "
She placed Alices carry on over her shoulders much like a make shift backpack though quite a lot bigger her own she held in her hand leaving the hand that once danced on the iced girls hand open for the other to take. Leading them off the plane they stepped out, the cool ocean breeze flew threw her hair whisking pink hair back, she did somehow miss this place after all...but if that was the case...what did her plans with Alice mean now ? Biting her lip for a moment before shaking away the awful thought she looked back at Alice with a smile. " how are you holding up ? "
The small village like town was surrounded by water as they began to walk through the air port huge glass windows looked out on a beach like setting .
OC ( I actually know very little about this place but I loved the photos of it and am reading more about the place but some might be more made up then in real)

She rubbed her frozen eyes with her free hand, just now realizing how drowsy she was. It was a weird feeling, not one with spider felt very often. She listened to Jessie speak in pure English to the flight attendant. It was impressive, but then again she remembered that America is where Jessie grew up. This city, town - wherever they had landed - is where the girl once lived. Alice was curious at what sort of memories resided here for her dance partner. Not just the negative ones, but rather, the more positive ones.
The widow watched Jessie gather their belongings, then thanked her graciously, slipping her cold hand into the much warmer offered one. She stayed close, a little wary of her surroundings as was common for arachnids. The ocean breeze was unexpected. It ruffled and toyed with her snowy white hair. A town surrounded by water. An interesting setting and environment. She was so distracted by everything kind of like a curious child that she almost did not hear the girl's question.
"Hm? Ah, okei , I soppose." Now that didn't sound quite right. The widow tried not to chuckle at her own failed attempt to respond in English. It consisted of an interesting blend between a French and Japanese accent, each one not exactly quarreling but complimenting the other to produce sounds close enough to be understandable phonetically. A little embarrassed, the ivory dancer looked away for a moment, casting her gaze to the window, pretending like it never happened. She walked gracefully beside Jessie, perhaps a little closer than she realized or meant to. Going to a new place was always a bit nerve-wracking, although the widow frosted over her usual guard as to not show it.
"And you?" She echoed back finally in natural Japanese, returning her gaze back to the girl.
(That's alright~ ^ ^ )

Giggling Jessie lightly held the hand that the bag was gripped in to her face. English language huh? So Alice wasn't perfect at everything somehow Jessie not only felt a little bit of pride in that but also unknowing to the girl by her it had made her happy at least for now. Calming her self so not to further embarrass the iced figure . " Ah sorry , Alice its okay, hey lets get out of here shall we? ... I have something I think you may enjoy.."
Leading them to the doors that would carry them into town she paused for a moment, after all her question had been returned to her facing the slightly smaller girl. " It was...alright. Far better now."
The doors opened automatically and yet again the same ocean breeze hit them much like the two girls it was a mixture of cool and warm. Looking around it was a humble town and she hadn't realized how small it was or was it she was getting older ? Ah but only at age 14 she still had to be on the look out . Jessie thought of heading right to her old home but.. As she has told Alice there was some where shed much rather be. Turning a corner she found her self on formulae ground something just felt right on spring street. Looking around there street performers and music in the air father ahead were gardens full of art and music.
Her mother took her here very young they'd go here to get away from home truthfully this area was what Jessie missed most. " Alice..the one thing my mother told me when she first took me here is , if your going to perform you must perform all stages. Understand all performers and respect all. Even try them out if you want but never look down at any type of talent. "
Giving a soft smile at the girl she looked at jugglers painters dancers dancing with musicians and much more her open pink dress shirt flew back as her white shirt clung to her body jeans held tight as sneakers stood upon the stepping stone path. " Alice ...welcome to my stage. "
She spoke just loud enough for the ice angle to hear looking ahead.

The widow made a sort of tsundere-like face when Jessie began to giggle. "Jeez..." She let out ever so softly, pouting a little like a small child. English was not her strong point. Most of the officials and wealthy family friends or colleagues that often visited the Himeno mansion itself during the time Alice was learning her two fluent languages, only French and Japanese was spoken to her; English, only if they were testing the capabilities of the elegant aristocrat. The aspiring mistress to the influential Himeno lineage. English had not been a top priority when it came to her studies. She gave a nod to the first then Jessie said, having composed herself and regained her mature elegance.
"That's good." She responded quietly to the second thing. She was still worried about the pink haired girl, but she tried to dismiss it for now as she continued to walk along side her.
The ocean breeze was dominant again. It had a soothing feel to it, and caressed the snowy widow's face, cresting the fluttering white hair into subtle shapes. It certainly was nice. The town it's looked quaint and charming. Perhaps a little sleepy in atmosphere, too. That was, until they turned a corner. All of a sudden, an expanse of gardens and music and a variety of performers unfurled. It was as if they had waltzed right into some kind of different world. The widow stared in awe, the icy orbs widening. She was slightly mesmerized by it all.
Jessie's words were insightful. Honor all types of performers regardless of the activity being performed. Each one had its own unique set of skills; it's own set of guidance and characteristics that deserved respect and a spotlight. Just like the plethora of different styles of dancing in a similiar sense. This was Jessie's stage. The scene of which she derived from. Everything intrigued the widow, and she found herself speechless for a few moments, not quite overwhelmed, but more like stagnated in a flurrying sense of awe.
"Amazing..." Slipped past ivory lips finally on a quiet breath. "A lively scene, yet entrancing all the same..."
She looked at her beautiful partner, seeing her slightly different now. This town, this place; they were all components of the pink haired girl. From two polar opposite stages they appeared to be from. And this was Jessie's. A true grand spectacle in itself. So lively and free it appeared to be. Far different than the stuffy elegance of the Himeno ways. Alice could not help but feel-- Ah, was this a twinge of jealousy she felt? Perhaps so.

Jessie was slightly lost in time as she looked ahead. Hearing Alices amazement she grinned . " Let me show you .."
Lightly leading Alice though the small yet lively crowd she came upon a small old shop before one of the gardens began. It had a table infront of an open door. The wooden table had music boxes laced across them as she set Alices and her own bag under the table she rang a small bell. As she waited she turned to Alice. " its okay I trust this store and its owner.... Alice we have stopped here because this is my mothers stage. And before my father was taken away I would sneak back to try to do what my mother did...Alice you've shown me how to really dance, you've shown me a beautiful sight with each turn you take. With your teachings I think I can finally show you ...how my mother danced. "
A soft smile fell to her lips it was one that was torn in two. One of joy and sorrow, though some how it was okay to feel both right now. Suddenly a noise came from behind a table, it was a deep Irish accent as a old man who looked much like st. Nickolas came into view.
" Jesssica!! Is that you my girl ? I haven't seen you...well I am happy to see you again. "
The mans white whiskers ruffled as he spoke turning a cool kind eye to Alice he spoke once again. " Ah and you brought a friend I see ? Hmm dont you look like you came right off one of my music boxes. "
The man chuckles deeply to himself as he smiled with his eyes after all you couldn't see his lips through the heavy snow like beard.
Switching to English once more Jessie lightly squeezed Alices hand. " Cormack, are they..still here?"
" ey they are I have em always my girl. "
Reaching down the old man brought up two bars and a small case that opened to be a record player. " You going to try one last time? I hope you've been practicing you know how dangerous it can be.."
Jessie looked determined as she noded letting go of Alices hand she nodded to the man on the stone wall there were to holes she stuck one of the poles in the lower one and the other she barely was able to reach the highest hole. Going back to the old man and the snow angle she spoke in Japanese " You ready for a show ? "

She followed alongside Jessie with elegant strides, forgetting that she was even holding onto the girl's hand as her mind wandered with every new, flourishing sight and sound of the lovely area. A shop was soon entered, and the widow regained control of herself. Icy orbs washed over every aspect of the old-looking place. It had an antique charm to it and looked quite quaint. Upon closer inspection, she noticed the music boxes lined up on the table. Lovely, they were.
So this was her partner's mother's stage. It appeared as if it was Jessie's as well, but in secret or so it sounded. Jessie's mother seemed to be an acrobatic type of dancer. Did that mean the girl had that potential as well? It was possible and ignited a slight curiosity within the snowy spider. The smile that painted the pink haired girl's lips appeared conflicted. One of both happiness and melancholy. It struck a chord in the spider's frosted web, but before she could do or say anything, an unknown accent-laced voice caught her attention.
Suddenly a man had appeared. The store owner, Alice assumed. He seemed to know Jessie quite well based on how he greeted her. Alice kept her elegant poise and appearance and stood there politely as the two conversed, giving the softest of a chuckle when the man addressed her, but not wishing to say anything in return as she was still embarrassed by her first failed attempt at speaking English. Jessie certainly was amazing with the language as well as with Japanese and being able to switch between them so quickly. It wasn't like Alice couldn't quite understand the language - she just was not too adept in speaking it because of her accent.
Two bars and a recorder player were suddenly produced. A warning was even given. What was Jessie preparing to do? The snow queen watched the girl as she readied herself, the curiosity not visible in her iced poker face of a mask but sacrificed ever so slightly by her inquisitive stance, which included the slightest tilt of her head and a subtle splay of the slender fingers which where resting under her narrow chin.
Jessie was going to perform. Or, perhaps, try to. Alice analyzed the scene and offered a subtle nod to the Japanese-spoken question.
"Be careful, my dear." She responded quietly.

A blush came across her face as she slide off her dress shirt. Alice even though not playing or flirting per say had a way to make the girl blush. Winking she set the shirt down . " I will. "
As the three of them were outside the shop bars still holding to the stone wall. Jessie took a second to place a record carefully upon the player, as violin music began she readily stood as a few people looked there way , even going as far as getting a little closer .
Hands gripped to the first bar she looked back at Alice then to the crowd. " Welcome I do hope you enjoy "
Taking a deep breath she closed her eyes , remembering each movement her mother made. Yet then something new came to her mind her first dance with the iced figure, she remembered them falling over one another, she also remembered the meeting with the girls parents how Alices father had known her mother. Yes, the girl watching now had weaved her threads around Jessie and Jessie had welcomed each thread holding to the very first one tight as so shed be able to get close to the girl. Now it was Jessie's turn to show her skills. To show Alice she was still a dancer. A performer.
Using the strength shed worked on since Alice and her first started to really dance she made her first move. Her hair now dangled below her as she stood upside down her hands tight on the bar. Taking a deep breath. " Here we go. "
Letting her body fall her legs fell across the higher bar holding her to it knees bent she swung sitting up hands pushed her up so now standing up high above the now crowd below she bowed much like she had done to Alices parents for the dance back then. She began a simple ballet dance at first she pirouetted a few time then she lowed as she spun letting her body relax she used the one foot that held to the bar as a spring as she landed on the lower bar below on the other foot. Both hands grabbed the bar above twirling her self around twice swinging once one way then once another she let go landing on the ground below and let her foot slide against the floor as she elegantly bowed.

Somehow the spider had made Jessie blush. It wasn't intentionally done, but she was amused by it no less. A ghost of a smirk graced the ivory lips at the wink that was given.
Alice took little notice to the crowd that was gathered. Her full attention was aimed truly at the girl. Waiting, watching, wondering what she would do. Hoping she wouldn't accidently injure herself. Her pose was not its usual analytical one. No, it had loosened to a sort of more reserved one of a dignified air. Arms folded in front of the white petticoat with sparkling, tall white heels together, and chin tilted down slightly, emulating the image of a girl whom was nothing but a simple commonplace maiden of grace and poise. It was Jessie's time to shine; the spotlights were all aimed at her.
And shine the pink haired girl did. The icy eyes widened unconsciously, pale lips parted a slight fraction in pure awe. A spectacle was playing out before her. She had no idea Jessie was capable of this. It was entrancing, beautiful, and even a bit suspenseful. A lovely blend of acrobatic prowess and ballet even. The whole thing truly captivated the young dancer. Jessie was no doubt a performer. No less the very embodiment of the enchanting, skillfully acrobatic woman she had once seen long ago at a show. She had been very little then, but even so, the image and movements of that marvelous woman was forever burned into the snowy labyrinth of her mind.
Of course the crowd applauded the young performer. Alice raised her clasped hands to do the same, but stopped, finding mimicking the action no matter how sincerely would not fully display how impressed she was by her partner. Instead, although a bit out of character for the guarded Alice, the frosted spider elegantly glided forward straight up to the pink haired girl and draped her arms around her neck to embrace her.
"Impressive, my dear. Truthfully astonishing." She commented genuinely in her usual monotonous tone as was just natural of the albino girl. "I never knew you could do something like this. It's... It's absolutely entrancing."
As she moved, underneath the frills billowing from the pure white pinafore on her classy white Lolita outfit quietly jingled the soft ring of a certain small silver bell.

The embrace was something unexpected as she panted slightly she held the girl back breathing out a reply " thank you Alice. "
Closing her eyes for a moment in rest she focused on the mixing of cool and warm , something then hit her. This feeling this warm and cool wasn't as noticeable...but why ? Her eyes then blinked open in her realization. Their mixture was just like the ocean breeze shed grown up with . Smiling she laid her lips on the smaller girls forehead as they left the crowd slipping back into the shop. " Your my life Alice, I think fates been spinning its own web around us, dont you think ? "
Lightly laughing she shook her head" ah sorry that sounds silly doesn't it ? "
Still holding her girl lightly by her shoulders she couldn't help but keep her eyes on the girl before her not even noticing the old shop keeper enter then seem to slip back out shutting the door quietly as he gave a bit of a happy chuckle.

Physical contact in return was still an unfamiliar, uncomfortable sensation to the snowy spider, but she did not retract from any of it. After all, it was her who had imitated the embrace in the first place. A statement of gratitude was delivered; one the widow gave an acknowledging nod towards. The pink haired girl's performance really had impressed her, much more than she would let slip past the icy guard of hers.
No sooner had Alice given a sort of playful pout towards the kiss on the forehead she had received had they reentered the shop. Her mind wasn't really focused in her surroundings at the moment; they were honed in on the girl before her, the one who had somehow someway thawed her glacier-like heart. Jessie's words made her giggle ever so softly.
"Perhaps, my dear. Fate works in mysterious ways."
Alice enjoyed Jessie's burning warmth. Really, she did, despite the struggle with her dislike of physical contact. Despite that aversion, however, she leaned against the girl a little and rested her snowy head on her shoulder for a moment, embracing her partner more fully. Ivory lips parted to ever so softly speak beside Jessie's ear. "Ah, your warmth makes me realize just how cold to the touch I am sometimes..."
The quiet statement spurred a playful idea to slip into her mind. Pulling back a little, she relocated both hands up to Jessie's face, caressing her cheeks and shifting a bit more of her light weight onto her, their lips only centimeters apart. Snowflake lashes fluttered half-way over glittering icy eyes. "Warm me up a little, will you please, my dear?"
Her soft voice was nothing more than a silky whisper at this point. The widow slowly trailed a few cold fingers down the side of her dance partner's neck to just below where her collarbones met, pressing gently down and using the very gentle force to push her own self elegantly away in a swirl of white frills and snow-colored hair, letting a quiet chuckle rise from her chest. She twirled on a heel so that she half-faced the girl now.
"Ah, just kidding." Was chuckled quietly out with a flirtatious wink. Perhaps now was not the best time to start up their little game again, but she was just trying to lighten the mood a little; hoping to draw Jessie's mind off of the conflicting thoughts she was almost certain were still swirling in the girl's head. This was the best the widow could do right now.

Her heart beat and her face turned a rosy red all thoughts stopped as the seductive spider closed the room between them . Jessie eyes narrowed fir a playful look. Though she still couldn't fight the loud beating that filling her head and heart. Warm her up ? As hands trailed down her neck she shivered damn she both loved and hated when the snow figure did these things. An almost cocky dumb grin found its self clinging to her lips.
Yet just as she was to act the window spun in elegance away from her. Pink sunset eyes blinked .
' ah just kidding '
Kidding ? Oh No no no. Lifting her hand it grasped one of the frills of Alices sleeve tugging lightly she twirled the girl much like in there dances back into her arms. " H-hey my dear. "
Gosh darn studder, why now...hmm was this how Alice felt when she messed her words up. Jessie was sure it was. " you said to warm you up and yet you wish to walk out in the cool air tisk.tisk. "
Leaning down she made it seem like another gently laid kiss upon the snowy lips. Though suddenly her own playfulness kicked in, shed only seen her parents do this once, but it seemed to work well. Smirking at the iced angle she lowered her head even more allowing her lips to land on a cool porcelain neck kissing it.

Alice loved all the reactions she was able to elicit. A stroke of the neck, a caress of the cheek, how to speak and how to act in a seductive manner - though young, she was highly skilled in how to execute all of them to provoke reactions every time no matter how slight. A temptress she was after all. But a reaction such as the one Jessie chose to respond with was not expected. All of the sudden, the spider found herself caught and swirled back into the arms of the other. This surprised Alice, but she only chuckled, a smirk flickering across her snow-white lips. Let the game begin again.
Jessie's words elicited yet another chuckle of amusement from the widow after she had recovered from her slightly surprised state. Such an amusing girl her dance partner was. It amused her even further how the girl could be a blushing mess one moment then so bold the next. A gentle kiss was initiated, and the spider kissed her back without hesitation, once again letting her arms slip around the girl's warm neck. Was this the best the pink haired girl could--
The ivory arachnid's naturally cold body gave a traitorous twitch at the sudden kiss that was next pressed against her neck. Normally, she would not have reacted to the action - well, that was unless the one betraying sensitive point on her neck was found - but she hadn't really expected it. Really, this just made her want to mess with the girl even more, but she tried to keep her predatory nature in check.
"You amuse me, my dear." She murmured softly, allowing her frozen eyes to fall shut for a brief moment. "Bashful one second then bold the next." The flow of her voice was interrupted by a quiet chuckle. "Such an interesting change."
She pulled Jessie ever so slightly closer, allowing the heat and cold to mix more. Many with Congenital Analgesia of whom could not feel pain also had trouble with perceiving temperature sometimes. Fortunately this had never been the case with Alice and this so-called dangerous condition. Could she even be warmed though with her naturally cool body temperature? She could only wonder.

A soft smile laid on Alices neck before she whispered a reply to the girl . " that I am, but someone needs to keep you on your toes after all"
Kissing lower on the cool skin she rose her head only slightly. " Besides its the only way to keep up with such a beautiful snowflake as your self. Always whipping around in the breeze flying around so to never touch ground. Sometime you confuse me like just a moment ago, but if I don't run with you id be lost. "
Her lips lay just between the pale clothed shoulder and the white hair girls neck. Giving one last kiss her head rose fully . " you make me the best I can be, thats what you see in thoughs sudden changes."
Taking a deep breath she spoke once more but it was in yet another foreign language one she knew very little of and she was sure shed not be the best at it as a certain someone was but shed try. " Je t'aime."
Blushing once more for not only did she not mean to ramble to the simple question that was given but she was unsure she had even pronounced the elegant words correctly. She hoped Alice would at least understand .
