Aimi bit into her lower lip as she made her way through the orchard, watching the ground for errant tree roots. Inevitably this just lead to her tripping into a tree when she forgot to glance up in time. Considering it was one of her favourite places Aimi didn't know her way around just yet. Her face brightened though as she saw the tree she was looking for, grin spreading across her face as she surged forwards, eventually collapsing in the middle of the clearing and laying down to stare at the sky.
"Beat the clouds!" She whispered to herself. She had seen dark clouds earlier during her lessons and had hoped she would get into the orchard before they hit, and indeed she had just about managed it. The small victories mattered more than she would often care to admit.
her bag lay half open beside her, with various school books and a couple of reading books poking out, along with a sketch pad and her camera. A sigh left her as she glanced around at the trees, refraining from squeezing at the birds she could see. Admittedly people would be better, but at least the birds were pretty, even if they were eying her oddly. She pouted slightly annoyed that they were hiding from her camera which had made its way into her hand in some odd way. Instead she turned it on herself, after all, something had to be photographed even if she was blushing in the photo.

Ah, the Lulim Orchard. Tranquil, sweet, and teaming with organic life. Not to mention pesky tree roots and potential tripping hazards. Hope couldn't help but laugh as she stumbled through the orchard. Once or twice, the flat bottoms of her prosthetic legs hooked the edge of one, sending her nearly face-planting into the earth. Each time she managed to recover her balance with a small twisting of her upper legs. Gotta stay focused! One wrong move and-- The blonde tripped once more. Blonde pigtails swirled at the erratic motion. Throwing out her arms, she steadied herself. She really had to be more careful!
A boyish chuckle rose up from her throat. What was she even doing out here? How silly she was! Though a network of hazardous tree roots were nothing to the obstacle-loving prosthetic-wearing girl. Hope soon found herself in a clearing among the orchards. It appeared as if there was a girl here, too. She noticed the camera in the pink-haired girl’s hands upon closer inspection. A lover of photography, perhaps? Maybe she would enjoy some company. Hesitating for a quick moment to adjust her prosthetics, the blonde made her way up to the laying girl, a friendly grin warming her lips. Hopefully seeing a girl with prosthetic legs out of nowhere wouldn’t be too much of a shock!
“Hey, fancy some company?”
