Hair Color & Style: Tricolor long hair that goes all the way down to her back and stopping at her waist. Her hair consists of the following colors: dark violet, purple, pink and lavender. She keeps her hair held back with a lavender hairband or she’ll sometimes put her hair up in a bun to keep it out of her face and off her neck. Eye Color: Violet Height: 5’5” Extra: She has rounded eyes that are violet colored. Anissa’s skin complexion is tan along with a pointed chin, smooth rounded cheeks and has small B cup sized breasts.
FACE CLAIM:
My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic - Twilight Sparkle (Human) CLOTHING WHEN NOT IN UNIFORM:
Her casual attire is a violet long sleeved shirt with a dark purple spaghetti strop top worn over it, magenta skirt that stops at her hips but she wears darker purple leggings underneath it, and black flat shoes on her feet. Being someone that isn’t into fashion like most girls, Anissa just wears whatever she feels comfortable in. If it isn’t the same, then she’ll sometimes switch it up by wearing t-shirts and pants, shorts or a skirt with sneakers. ACTIVITIES CHARACTER IS INVOLVED IN:
None. Anissa focuses too much on her studies to participate in after school activities. Schooling is more important to her than anything else as well as any personal projects that she’s working on in order to graduate and get into a good university. So no clubs for her. She feels that she’s too busy to be part of them. Japanese Tea Ceremony: No Flower Arrangement: No Ballroom Dancing: No Needlepoint No Foreign Language: No Band: No ARE YOU A MAID?:
No, at least not at the moment. OTHER?:
Anissa does have a knack for being able to sing but doesn't really do it as much and especially not around others. IS CHARACTER A MEMBER OF STUDENT COUNCIL?:
No PERSONALITY:
Anissa is extremely intelligent and puts a lot of focus, time and attention on her studies, barely interacting with those around her other than her cousins. She's very devoted to doing well in school, to the point of not taking any study breaks, much to her mother's and cousins' dismay. She loves reading all kinds of books, even if they are not something that she particularly favors but deems it as something to read in her spare time (which she seems to have a lot of). She has an interest in the occult and can also be seen reading books involving magic and spells. Even though such things aren't supposed to exist but that doesn't mean they aren't intriguing to her. Aside from being engrossed in books, Anissa also loves writing to the point she has to write down a thought, no matter how random it is to keep from forgetting it. She has her own online blog that she updates everyday of things she’s done throughout her day. Another thing is her excellent organization skills. She is able to coordinate everything down to the T to make sure that flows as it should, thus why she has so many checklists around her with different things that she needs to do and things others need to do. Anissa is also someone that doesn’t really care about wanting to outshine others and is in fact a very humble kind of person. Anissa lacks sociability because she would rather study and keep her head in a book than to go to a party and have some fun for a change.
Her mother often calls her a boring bookworm that needs to get out more and remarks that she wished she didn’t have a daughter that wasn’t so much of a recluse. She always promises her mother that she’ll become a better daughter but can only do so much or feels there is not much she can do to make her mother happy. She admires her great aunt and becomes greatly nervous in disappointing her, not wanting to do anything to displease her like she seems to do with her mother quite a lot. She becomes quite anxious when something happens that is not always her fault but feels that she will be blamed for it and punished horribly. Anissa greatly fears being punished and tries to avoid doing anything stupid or dangerous at all costs. She has shown to be quite aggressive when things don’t go her way as well. Like her OCD obsession with everything being organized. It drives her crazy if things are out of order, misplaced and untidy. If something isn’t done about it, that is all her mind will be focused on is fixing everything until it is completely done. And one thing you don’t want to do is tell her a secret for she is horrible at keeping them. She will try for a while to keep quiet, going through such lengths to keep her mouth shut but the anxiety of the overwhelming secret gets the best of her to the point she blurts it out, that being another reason why she doesn’t socialize outside with anyone outside of her cousins. Anissa is also a very skeptic person as well, not immediately believing something someone says right off the bat unless deemed otherwise through her own observations. CHARACTER’S OPINION OF ETOILE POSITION AS A WHOLE?:
Anissa has no real opinion of it as it is not something that she’d focus her mind on thinking about all the time. Her mind is usually on other things academic wise than the Etoile position. Many will possibly find this to be an absurd thing for her to say if she were asked but it is truly how she feels. She attends school to get an education, not to be popular or hang around those who are. WOULD CHARACTER WANT TO BE ETOILE SOMEDAY?:
If such a position would benefit her academically maybe but if not then no. Anissa would not want to be an Etoile. CHARACTER’S OPINION OF CURRENT ETOILES?:
Anissa is a socially awkward person and therefore because she has not met any of the current Etoiles or know them personally, she would only assume that they not only take great pride in their position but also being brave enough to stand constant attention from everyone which is something that she tends to avoid is being the center of attention. It is the reason why she wouldn't be interested in wanting to be an Etoile herself. From a distance she believes they look like nice girls who are a lot more confident and braver than herself. CHARACTER’S OPINION OF OTHER SCHOOLS:
They’re just schools to Anissa. The rivalry between them is of no concern to her and it’s something she’d find to be silly and petty. CHARACTER HISTORY:
Anissa is a Japanese young girl born and raised in Kyoto, Japan to mother Izabella Valles while being unaware of just who her father is but was given his last name. Izabella's parents had died in a car crash and due to the incident, this had left her Aunt Marie so distraught over the news of her younger sister and brother in law's death that she'd shut down and she became unresponsive to anything and anyone. It took the strength of one of her twin sons Fai (Izabella's cousin) to start taking care of her from that point on, including Izabella, his mischievous younger sister Anne and twin brother Yui. Izabella didn't really enjoy her time living with her cousin's family. Instead she rebelled, sank into a deep depression to the point that she'd given up her virginity to the first guy that'd show her the slightest bit of attention. However, she didn’t expect to become pregnant by the boy she’d slept with, having a child, a girl that she’d named Anissa Carlotta Granville.
Izabella had help raising her daughter but she mainly wanted to do it on her own. She got herself into the situation and she was going to handle it as best she could. Or at least the proper way she thought how. She had this personality about her where she loved the lack of having responsibility, no one telling her how to do anything and when to do it. Fai had to scold her a lot about that for which she just ignored him and continued to do her own thing. She stopped taking life seriously and being depressed all the time, blaming everyone around her for her own problems and mistakes and decided to do things to satisfy her own personal pleasures. In a nutshell, she'd would rather have fun than to be tied down to life, however, this didn’t stop her from raising Anissa to become like her someday. Thankfully, Anissa was nothing like her mother, being the complete opposite in fact. Instead of disregarding responsibility and all that jazz, Anissa always handled the responsibilities she had.
She kept herself wrapped up in her studies when attending her old school, making good grades and everything as she preferred to do just that over having fun, causing her mother to find her to be a boring child that she has to teach how to have fun and socialize with others. She never calls Anissa by her full name, only ‘Nissa’ as do some of her classmates. She attended previous public schools and she pretty much remained the same. She stayed to herself, focused on her schoolwork and didn’t socialize with anyone. It’s not as if she didn’t try. She did but no one seemed interested so Anissa just kept excelling in order to be able to get into the university she wanted to get into someday. She knew she wouldn’t be able to if she were to slack off. Her mother just became more frustrated with her daughter because all she did was study, study, study, never doing anything fun. She even felt like she could hardly considered her daughter a girl because she never liked things that girls Anissa’s age liked. Nothing except books.
At the very least, she did socialize with her family, unlike her mother. Anissa cared a lot about her cousins and visits them whenever she finds the time to do so. She might not have gotten the chance to meet her great grandparents before they died but all the same, she had cousins and they were sort of like siblings to her since she didn’t have any herself. Not that she was aware of since she never knew who her father was and if he was with anyone and had a family of his own. Not like she hadn’t been curious to know but bringing the subject up often upset her mother so she stopped asking. She would help her cousins out with her great aunt Marie who was nothing more than an empty shell of her former self from having a nervous breakdown so she did what she could to be useful. When she wasn’t doing that, she entertained herself learning new things and writing in her online blogs for what she considers to be fun. Anissa never understood why her mother held such resentment towards her family and never really bothered to ask because she knew she’d get no where if she did.
Eventually, Izabella stopped being lazy and managed to find a job and moved her and her daughter out of their cousins' home into a small apartment and enrolled her into a new school that’s only for girls. The move was unexpected but Anissa was proud of her mother for finally doing something responsible for a change instead of blaming her problems on others and neglecting her responsibilities as an adult and a parent. She never chastised her mother for it since it wouldn’t be right since she was the child and her mother was the parent, although with the way they acted, the roles could be considered switched. As for going to a new school, Anissa didn’t complain about it but she would’ve been more satisfied where she was. Instead of remaining at her last school, which was a co-ed public school, she’s now a new student at St. Miator Girl’s Academy. She’d never heard of such a school before until her mother looked into it.
Though she believes she did in order to get them away from the rest of the family which is completely idiotic but those are her mother’s unresolved issues, not Anissa’s. Like everything else, she had no choice but to accept the idea of attending here so long as it had the classes that she wanted to take. She didn’t find any clubs she wanted to join but she did like the idea of the huge library where she could read and check out books on everything as much as she wanted. By the time she’d been enrolled her, her Aunt Marie had finally come out of her vegetation state. Anissa was ecstatic to hear about that and went to see her before school officially started. She was able to get to know the woman, what she liked, her personality and discovering all of this ... Was terrifying. The woman was a gem but she had a personality similar to her mother’s except she had more of a sense of responsibility and took care of things when they needed to be done. But she showed that she was a strict disciplinarian too who can be scary when she wanted to be but she encouraged Anissa to do her best at her new school and to try and make some friends.
Anissa ... couldn’t promise she’ll make some friends but she did promise her aunt that she’ll do well in school and keep her grades up. Her aunt is also friends with the headmistress of Anissa’s former public school who often gave her advice and always encouraged her to do her best as well. But like Marie, she wanted her to get out more and enjoy the things and people around her rather than keeping her head in a book all the time. She writes letters to the woman daily to keep in touch with her and inform her of what goes on. As a gift, her aunt had given her a puppy to take care of and decided to leave the name of it up to her niece. So Anissa named the pup Spike and adored him and enjoys having him around. Now if she could feel that way about people, that would be nice. She wasn’t sure if pets were allowed but she snuck Spike in with her anyway. Being at St. Miator Girl’s Academy will be an adventure for her but Anissa does hope that maybe this school does have something that might pique her interests. She’s not getting her hopes up too high though.

"Oh maybe I can ... no, forgot. No one wanted to hang around me when I got all historically accurate on them about the certain camp legends..." Anissa sighed as she looked over the fliers plastered all over the camp's bulletin board. She was trying to go through them all to see what she could do today so she wouldn't be sitting in the cabin by herself. It wouldn't have bothered her to do so but it would've bothered her friends because they were known for dragging her to do practically everything with them if they could get away with it. There were times she drew the line if she was downright exhausted but other times she hadn't minded. So long as the activity in question wasn't something insane.
Looking at the board, there were plenty of things on it that she hadn't tried out yet. As for the other activities, well, some people didn't seem to take kindly to the idea of someone who got everything right. It was hard trying to have fun on this camping trip and quite frankly, the first month of it wasn't over and she was already bored with being here. But she was never one to quit something once she said she'd do it. So she was going to stick it out no matter how frustrating it was trying to fit in. It was easy in Tokyo with there being so many different array of people but you necessarily didn't have to talk to but it was different at Camp Chippawa. They expected everyone to be social, kind, and most importantly have fun. What was the point of that if no one wanted to be around you?
She was trying to think of what to write about for today for the extra credit assignment. The tri-colored haired teen didn't have to write a report on her entire activities here at the camp but she wanted to. Even if her teacher didn't accept it, she knew of one person that would, her mentor, Celestia Solaria. Whom she hadn't wrote to in quite some time. Thinking about it made her frown as she was starting to feel as if she failed her mentor by not writing to her as often as she normally would. So many things had happened over the past months that she'd completely forgotten. She knew she wouldn't be chastised for it but the idea was disappointing for her. Anissa had the means of contacting the woman and she hadn't been doing it. Right now she could be asking for advice on how to fix things back home in the city. The city and its people needed help and she hadn't the slightest of ideas on how to go about doing that.
Anissa felt like a failure and a weakling. She was nothing more than a disappointment and on top of that, her powers were fluctuating off and on. Looking at her wrists, the cross shaped markings were still there from before she came on this trip. They'd been bleeding profusely and hurting to where she was unable to do much, let alone move due to losing so much blood. Being here on this trip, they hadn't done anything but pain her once in awhile but they didn't bleed out extensively. She still had no idea what that meant and instead of asking for help, she kept trying to figure it out on her own without having to bother anyone about it. But she couldn't do this alone. She never good. There were people that knew her that cared about her and stressing herself out over what was to come wasn't going to do any good.
'Being here isn't making things any better. It's just making me more worried that the town has gone into chaos while I'm here having "fun". It doesn't feel like fun when I'm letting everyone down. I haven't sensed any sort of darkness since I've been here. I'm worried that my powers are possibly leaving me. I don't feel as strong. I feel so weak and nothing I do helps.' Taking a step back from the board, she did so until she felt her back up against the wall of the main cabin hall and sank down to the floor, sighing. 'Am I weak or am I strong? I don't know anymore. Celestia-sama ... I don't ... know what to do...'
(Sample post used from forum I RP at. Sorry about the arrangement of the template. It's easier for me to make a bio neater this way. Hope that's not a problem. I did my best to stay with what the template itself asked for. If I'm missing anything let me know and I'll add it. First time I've played this character as a human so again, I apologize for any mistakes in advance. x.x) HOW DID YOU FIND THIS WEBSITE?

I am extremely impressed by the amount of work you've put into this profile! Wow!
I will ask you to change only one thing, the opinion of the etoiles, I require even a hypothetical answer of some kind of specific of the etoiles as individuals even if she hasn't met them or won't meet them. After that, you're in! Welcome to the Hill. Don't forget to vote for Spica Student Council President, and check out the Summer Festival Event. ^^
Please notify me when you have made the change so I can update your account.
