Chibi lunged forward, thrusting her fencing sword forward. She was terrible, bad form, no style, no force even behind her thrust, truth was she was only playing around. She was wielding the sword completely wrong, she spun, whipping it around like some kind of hero in a movie, fighting off a ton of baddies like a musketeer.
Eventually, as what was bound to happen, she tripped over her own two feet and fell right on her bum, she laughed a little, pushing her hair out of her face. She wasn't the only one practicing in here, a few others were doing various other things. It was valentines day though, so surely they would all eventually have better places to be. Chibi decided she'd have to go see Tsuyo soon, but first.
Just for fun there was a rehead, a really cool, strong, graceful redhead practicing on her own. Chibiru got up, entranced by the display, approaching her with her hands pulled up to her chin and sparkles on her eyes.
"Wow senpai you're so cool!"

Three... Four... Five...
Her lunges were rhythmic, and intense. Her footing was grounded and precise. Her eyes were sharp and intent to win was all they held. Her gaze never left her own spot, as she would never hope to best Tori if she couldn't merely best her own shadow. She held on to her poise as she darted from spot to spot, carefully making sure she was always pointing in the same direction. She was an aspiring Student Police Force member, so she had to be the best. She was a founding member, so she had to be the best OF the best. In her quest to achieve this, she held herself in solitude to practice normally, but as it was Valentine's Day many girls were occupying her normal hideouts, and for whatever reason her fellow Cadets were nowhere to be found.
Her practices really should be more public from now on though, if she has any hopes of winning Student Council. The students needed to know her, and feel safe because of her. She had to make everyone here her cub, and form a pride of followers rivaling the Red Rose Society back home. She had to bring Spica into a golden age. However, her session was interrupted by a few things.
One - The girl who had just spoken to her
Two - Tora was sure to want to meet up tonight. She had to be prepared.
But for now, she had to focus on the first of those issues. How would a proper leader handle such praise?
"Senpai?" she questioned. "Ah, I will take that. You look familiar..."
Her eyes met the blade at the girl's side, and it was then that recognition came to her. She was trying to know everyone on all of her teams by name, so this was as good a place as any to start. But... What WAS her name again? Chii?
"Salutations, Chii. How may I help you?"

Mistakenly, she thought the name was a cute nickname give to her by the cool older student and she blushed a little not bothering to correct her. "I saw you practicing, you're so cool! Could you teach me something? I'm really bad, I don't know anything at all...well..I know a little but..."
She looked at her outfit, it was just for training, but it made the red head look like some kind of champion. This inspired Chibi a little, "See? Look!" She took out her sword and put on her best display, which looked nothing like someone who was fencing and more like a little girl playing make-believe. Though in Chibi's mind she was battling off hordes of baddies, looking like the ultimate action hero. At the end, she struck a pose, chest heaving from her exertion.
"See? Hah," she tried to catch her breath, but then turned a little shy, "Oh I mean, if you aren't busy, that is, I don't want to keep you, b-but In class the other day when you beat Hazumu I was really impressed. I've been trying really hard but it's like my legs are too short."
As was indeed very short, maybe only coming up to the red-head's chin, and her wide blue eyes searched her expression for acceptance.

As Raion stood and humored the appearance of the girl, she was made painfully aware that she was dealing with an inexperienced, clumsy oaf. She meant well though - A lot like a poodle. Cute as a button and well, not much else. She allowed the girl to finish and then allowed herself a moment to think of the nicest-- Wait, no she didn't.
"Your stance makes you wide open." she began, "And your posture is easy to topple. Your grip needs work, and your attitude definitely needs adjusting if you want to be taken seriously when you do this."
Raion was many things, but she was not willing to deal with people who were in it for the wrong reasons. This girl's moves were straight out of a manga or something, and that was as impractical as it was flashy.
"If you want to learn a thing or two, I'd suggest putting down the manga and taking lessons from an expert. Like Zephyra from Miator--" she felt uneasy admitting someone from her rival school was superior to her, even if they were a friend, and she visibly gagged on her own words. "Or maybe June-sama or Victoria. All worthy opponents." she took a moment before deciding her next words were okay, for once. Yes, she could make this one of her cubs as well. She needed a fanbase, as much as that sounded vain, to be elected.
"Of course, Lion D'incindie values all Spican spirit. And I'll help you all find the potential I know is buried deep down, no matter how green you all are. You, too, are part of my little pride of soon to be fierce lions."
