What kind of clothes does you character wear when she's not in uniform? Various skirts, stockings, white shoes, and white-button up shirts. Sometimes aggressive clothing if she is feeling more rebellious She always wears her signature dark cat-eared hoodie when out of uniform regardless of what she is wearing.
What kinds of activities is your character involved in? -You may choose "none" or choose a maximum of three from the list below.
Japanese Tea Ceremony: Yes/ No
Flower Arrangement: Yes/ No
Ballroom Dancing: Yes / No
Needlepoint: Yes/ No
Foreign Language: Yes / No
Band: Yes/ No
What instrument(s) does she play?
While she is not in the band, she enjoys playing the violin.
Are you a Maid? She doesn’t want to be, but would not mind being a maid to an upperclassman, that is, only so she could snoop for secrets around their room.
Other? N/A
Is your character on the Student Council? Not willingly, but yes
If yes, what does your character think of the student council president? Dark, mysterious, and to some, downright intimidating. She sees Kuramiko as a sort of obstacle in her goals, as they seem to share fragments of the same. She speculates the president has a great deal of flaws and hidden secrets, and is inwardly set on unearthing at least one of them to gain an “advantage” over her. Though she would never openly admit it, however, she admires her willingness to administer aid to others, and bears a love/hate kind of high respect for her.
Please explain your character's personality in 200 words or more:
Himei distrusts people who can’t remember her name (she’s a bit self-conscious of it too, as Himei translates to “scream” or “shriek”), and takes every joke seriously. She bears an offbeat sense of humor; if one is to tell her a joke that manages to make her laugh, she will laugh at an inappropriate time minutes after the joke it told. She is a hikkimori infused with a hybrid mix of a yandere and a total rebel in all respect, encompassing her time with isolating herself from others rather than delving into pointless conversations. She takes almost every question or compliment as criticism unless convinced otherwise.
Despite not being fond of social situations, she possesses a masterful silver tongue that she skillfully uses to extract secrets she desires to know from others. Additionally, she never looks someone in the eye when speaking as she feels like it drops her to their level. She loathes to be photographed, and, depending on her mood and relation to the person who took the picture, will tear it to shreds if she were to get her hands on it.
Past her cruel, secret-stealing disposition, however, rests a lonely soul that desires nothing more than to love and be loved. She would like to think of someone as a friend, but her cold exterior never fails to push others away, though she often regrets it minutes later. Can someone soothe her aggressive soul?
What does you character think of the Etoile position as a whole?
A complete waste of time, and nothing more than a beauty pageant exhausting the meaning of “true love”. She does, however, secretly respects their love for one another, though she often convinces herself it must be fake.
Does your character want to be an Etoile someday?
She would abhor the attention, but being the Etoile is something she wouldn’t mind striving for in order for her own inner intentions.
What does your character think of the current etoiles? Akemi comes off as arrogant to her with an eagerly boisterous attitude to match. Similar to her views on Miator’s student council president, she would much like to unearth a secret about her, one that might just make Astrea’s proclaimed champion fall. A challenge would probably be on the horizon if she ever ran into her. As for Ayuki, she finds her easily manipulative, and would probably try to manipulate her if she were to cross her path. On the contrary, however, she secretly would like to encourage the girl to open up and see life to the fullest as well as possibly befriend her. She respects them both as Etoiles, overall.
What does your character think of the other schools? Her own school Maitor conflicts with her rebellious ideas, propelling her to became entangled in the watchful web of the nuns often, and is discontented with being enrolled in the school. She feels Spica is more suited to her nature, but finds the uniform lengths mildly displeasing. Lulim is a bit to sleepy for her tastes, though she secretly adores its fairy-tale like atmosphere and varieties of original clubs. As for the tension between Miator and Spica, she feels no need to snare herself within the deep proprieties of the schools unless it affects her directly. What is a little “healthy” tension here and there, anyways?
~History~
Please write in 100 words or more your character's history before she came to Miator:
Himei grew up in a small apartment in the heart of Harajuku, Tokyo. She was an only child, and with only her busy mother to raise her, she was pretty much left on her own most of the time. Because of her strange outlook on things and hikkimori personality, others treated her with mild hostility throughout her early elementary days. Socially inadequate, morbid, and rebellious, strange rumors began to develop about her shortly after the bullying started; ghastly rumors that even the officials of the school were convinced to believe as true. This embittered her to such an extent, that she one day reacted violently, weaving together a tapestry of horrendous revenge based on secrets she had discovered from her oppressors. Her mother relocated her to home-schooling immediately after this incident, having to apologize to the school on behalf of her daughter whom felt no regret for what she had done. “They deserved it” is all she would say.
As the years passed, she became morbidly attached to her small one-window room and rarely ever parted from it. Others were asked to remove themselves from the room promptly, her home-school tutor to simply “teach her from the other side of the door”, and her own mother to “never enter unless asked”. She was agonized by society’s unkind environment and felt alienated from the world. Her mother grew exceptionally worried, and when the time came, she whisked her daughter away to St. Miator’s for a “fresh start”, hoping that she would come back anew. Perhaps as a proper young lady. But is it really that easy to cool the flames of a feverish deviant soul?

I don’t need anyone…
That is what she told herself as the train swayed precariously down the track to the foreign destination. Whether it was from the undulating motion of the train or the compact sickly heat of the sedate bodies beside her, a mild headache had come to blare in the front of her skull. It propelled her to unlace her fingers and bring them up to the sides of her head in a feeble attempt to soothe it. Her pale gaze caught the azure one parallel to her for the first time since the accursed trip had begun. A meek girl no taller than her cowered in the wake of her intimidating glance. If one knew Himei, she was not someone to look someone directly in the eyes, nor someone to look directly in the eyes. She had seen this girl casting glances at her for the painful ghost of an hour. Sometimes the girl would pretend like it had been mere coincidence and quickly look away, and other times she would crane her neck nonchalantly in her direction and stare a bit to long. Whenever this transpired, the pinkette desired nothing more than to lurch from her seat, approach her, make her cower and quiver with fear, and wring her neck. Yes, it would be the absolute problem solver! But, that was not in any respect humane, nor quite conditionally normal in society’s respect, so she dismissed the thought entirely.
The two dismal souls continued to stare at one another, seemingly transfixed in a heated dogging game where no one would emerge superior than the other. There was nothing to hang above the other’s head if this continued; no battle to be won or name to be remembered. There was just one-sided irritation and that ungodly organic heat. When this became apparent to the pinkette, her upper lip gave a twitch and she broke their gazes without further forethought. Granted, this reigned as a crushing blow, as she viewed it as a sort of loss on her part, but the quivering crack of a smile at the edge of pale lips formed a devious idea. The pinkette gathered a lost bout of tomboyish grace and rose from her seat, quite thankful to be ridded of the curse of being sandwiched in between two sleeping drooling organisms, and skirted through the tightly knit fray to the girl whom did not fail to cower under her pale eyes. With the ghost of danger twinkling in her eyes, she plopped down in the open seat one away from her and picked a random point at her face to stare at, avoiding her eyes at all cost. It was going to be a long ride, so why not play a little game? After all, encompassing ones time with unearthing a secret about someone, even a complete stranger, could have its amusing rewards.
