Name: Kagari Hachikura .~-~.Skittles~-~.
School Attending: Miator

~ Appearance ~
Face Claim: Enomoto Takane – Kagerou Days
Hair Color: Black
Hairstyle: Kagari’s hair is styled in two pigtails that just brushed her shoulders. Her bangs are cut in a strange, wild style that leaves an odd high gap to the right of her left eye. If a special occasion arises, sometimes she dyes the types of her pigtails in a rainbow pattern or puts it down.
Eye Color: Scarlet
Height: 4’11
What kind of clothes does you character wear when she's not in uniform?
One might call Kagari’s clothing style when not in uniform apocalyptic. Most commonly she can be seen wearing a thick gray jacket with several yellow stripes adorning the sleeves draped over a bright red shirt. Black knee-high pants, white shorts, and red sneakers as well as a yellow garment that is tied rather lopsided around her waist consist of the bottom of her outfit. A pair of silver headphones are usually draped around her neck. If not feeling dressy, she normally wears hooded jackets, pants or shorts, her red and her white sneakers. Sometimes a long black trench coat and long black lace-up boots. Pretty much anything that is comfortable will suffice.
What kinds of activities is your character involved in? -You may choose "none" or choose a maximum of three from the list below.
Japanse Tea Ceremony: Yes/No
Flower Arrangement: Yes/ No
Ballroom Dancing: Yes/No
Needlepoint: Yes/ No
Foreign Language: Yes/ No
Band: Yes/ No
What instrument(s) does she play? Violin, Guitar, Flute
Is your character on the Student Council? Yes
If yes, what does your character think of the student council president? Kagari thinks of Kuramiko as a fellow loner who would rather prefer to keep to herself than mingle with the common folk. A manipulator, too, as well as lonely, and a little stuffy perhaps. She perceives Kuramiko slightly as a rival that will be a challenge to strive above. Even more so if she were to find the president harbors the same goal. Despite all this, however, she secretly admires Kuramiko’s willingness to help and finds her to be not only be a great leader but also quite pretty.
Please explain your character's personality in 200 words or more:
Rebellious. Rule-breaker. Unruly. Obstinate. The list goes on and on. If it is not already clear upon first meeting, Kagari is an unruly spirit (a bit of a kuudere) with a turbulent fire of rebellion blazing in her heart. She is not afraid to stretch boundaries and completely shatter rules. If a rule requires breaking, she will not hesitate to obliterate it. Ever since its life and death in junior high, she has dreamed of resurrecting her secret sort of group called the “Black Lily Society” comprised of fellow rule breakers and loners, which she hopes she can achieve once more at Astrea .
Since she was thrown into the unforgiving ocean that is life, Kagari always walked on the wrong sides of the track. Being a total loner, an only child with a dark past, and harboring a dislike of other’s company only amplified this. She prefers not to be around people because she is actually afraid they will either follow her down her unruly path to devastation or they might get hurt. Though she might not seem like it, she does care about those around her, even if it is just a little bit. Don’t expect her to smile though, for if she does, it will look pretty scary…
Kagari’s ambition to strive high above others is a mystery. Whether it be because her humiliatingly short height or just a wish to tower over another, she will always find a way to hold herself over another even if just for a mere few seconds. This behavior displeases her secretly however, and she much would rather change it if she could, as it has led to violent disputes in the past.
Music is about the only thing that soothes her soul. It cools the fire in her heart. When absorbed by it, her personality shifts to a bit of a kinder one. A bit of a musician herself, she often spends her time creating music digitally. She even earned a small name for herself as “The Reaper” back home on an unpopular music site creating albums. Though she would not openly admit it, she is quite fond of singing and sometimes adds rather eerie growled vocals to her songs with her ghostly voice.
What does you character think of the Etoile position as a whole? She thinks of it as a whole pointless pageant that forces girls to prove their love to each other. As she regards it, if they were really in love, why would they have to prove? Outwardly, she is rather irritated by the position, but inwardly, she is actually quite fond of how the Etoile’s respect and love each other mutually.
Does your character want to be an Etoile someday? Kagari would hate all the positive attention, so probably not, but if the position holds the key of towering above others, she might just give it a try one day.
What does your character think of the current etoiles? An arrogant entertainer and a fragile child. Her views on Akemi are close to the edge of seeing her as a rival, for she feels that Akemi is truly above her in status (she is the Etoile after all), and finds her to be a bit arrogant a bit of a show-off. If she were to one day by chance run in to the Seme Etoile, she might even call for a challenge. As for Ayuki, Kagari finds her to be easily manipulated and one of many insecurities. She also finds her to be quite adorable, though she would not openly admit it.
What does your character think of the other schools? Kagari thinks of Lulim as way too laid back and would never be caught dead in its endearing pink and yellow uniform. A bit slow-paced and mundane as well with probably little to no excitement. She admires Spica’s athleticism and how it teaches girls to be independent, but finds its rivalry with Miator rather childish. It is not like constantly bickering will do any good for the two schools. In her eyes, it reflects a bit poorly on the leading figures of both schools. Though as long as the conflict does not directly involve her, she sees no reason to encroach upon it or participate in it. As for her views on her own school Miator, she does not really like how it strictly enforces rules and is nicknamed “the bridal path” for most wealthy girls of the school. Not that the other two schools would be any looser on the rules.
~History~
Please write in 100 words or more your character's history before she came to Miator:
History before Astraea Hill:
Hachikura Kagari grew up in a rather dysfunctional family living in Akita, Japan. Her depressed mother was pretty much the only normal thing in her family while her father was an abusive alcoholic. Nights of him returning home and beating the life out of her mother and sometimes her were always common. When she was six years old, her parents filed a divorce and her father managed to acquire custody of Kagari. He desired to move to America with her as to get away from her mother a month later, but on the drive to the airport, both father and daughter ended up in a head-on collision with another car. Her father died on impact, but Kagari managed to hold on, being instantly rushed off to the hospital at the moment she was discovered bloody and nearly crushed in the back seat. She spent six months in the hospital, slipping in and out of comas, relearning how to walk, and receiving constant medical attention. With her father dead, the hospital released her back to live with her mother.
She lived quietly with her mother until junior high, where she began to become rebellious and indulge in unsavory violent behavior with the other kids in school. Her mother tried to control her but constantly failed. It was after this phase of rebellion hit its peak, did Kagari decide to establish a quiet, secretive group called “The Black Lily Society” at her school. This was a club where ruling breaking or misunderstood girls could be themselves and be free from rules. The group quickly took off, and after a while, weekly night meetings at the small park by the school became a fun unruly outing for the girls. One night her mother found Kagari sneaking out the window to go to one of her group’s night meetings and the group was forced to be disbanded.
With the troublesome group dissolved, Kagari’s mother believed her daughter’s rebellious behavior would gradually cease to exist. When it didn’t, her mother turned to sending her off to be corrected at an all girl’s boarding school, thinking the glorious Astrea Hill’s St. Miator would be perfect for her unruly daughter. Surely, the nuns there must have corrected the behaviors of many a troublesome girl. So it was then without her consent, Kagai was whisked begrudgingly away to Astrea to be corrected by “Astrea’s finest”. Little did her mother now, however, her rebellious tendencies were just getting started.

If you need an idea, try writing a scene about the day your girl first came to Astraea Hill, or you may write any scene you choose. Please do your best!
Moonlight doused the quiet park in a silver light, reflecting heavily off the lonely play equipment established in their respectful areas around the small area. A lone girl stood precariously on the creaking seat of an old swing on the two person swing set in the center, her shimmering scarlet orbs a red intruder in the silver night. The cool breeze that prowled the dismal location ruffled her silken black pigtails with icy fingers. Threads of her dark hair scraped against her ashen face every once in a while, but it failed to make her flinch. She was like a phantom, and it was here at this park that she was monarchy of all she observed.
“My my, well don’t you look troubled tonight Kagari-sama.”
The phantom, called out as Hachikura Kagari, twitched and turned slowly around to face the beautiful albino Yoshiro Shiori, a well-respected member of The Black Lily Society. The albino girl was clad in a simply white dress and her once glorious white locks were replaced by a powdery bob cut with bangs that hung just above her beautiful white lashes. Kagari always found her to be quite a pretty girl.
“You cut your hair...” Kagari commented sourly, offering something that appeared more like a grimace then a normal poker face in greeting.
“What? No hello? And yes, I did. It was becoming quite of a bother to take care of with the length it was at, so...” Shiori made a scissor motion with her fingers at the fragile edges of her hair.
“…I took a pair of scissors and cut it shorter. Don’t you like it, Kagari-sama?”
Kagari’s silence to the question elicited a rather eerie giggle from the albino girl. The black-haired girl heaved a pent-up sigh close to that of pure irritation. Though Shiori was the only person she did not mind the company of, she would much rather be alone at the moment. A pair of cold slender arms suddenly snaked around her waist and Kagari’s whole body tensed. Physical contact was something she strongly disliked, especially contact with flirtatious tendencies such as this. Had it been anyone else, she would have stricken out violently, but since it was Shiori, she tried her best to relax.
“I am going to really miss you if you were to be sent off to someplace else, Kagari-sama. Someplace else with other girls who might develop crushes on my beloved sempai. I would be so jealous…” Shiori’s quiet voice was dangerous. Very dangerous. Kagari knew quite well the bad-tempered albino possessed a huge crush on her, and while she found it a bit satisfying, it irritated her. Heaving yet another sigh from deep within her chest, she brushed the other girl’s arms from her body and gracefully turned to face her. Shiori giggled and reached up playfully to rest a hand on the side of the girl’s sour face. Kagari’s upper lip twitched in clear irritation.
“You know, you are very pretty, Kagari-sama.”
“…..”
The albino girl offered a sweet smile and perched on her toes for a split second to plant a furtive kiss on Kagari’s cheek, receiving a legitimate growl of annoyance which she blandly ignored.
“So…What do you think of my hair, Kagari-sama?”
“…..It’s nice.”
