Name: Yukiko Kouri
Face Claim: Female Jack Frost (Rise of the Guardians)
Year: Fourth (Spica)
Type: Chibi Seme
Relationship Status: Happily taken by Acchan <3
Personality: Yukiko is a mischievous girl with absolutely no interest in being bound by rules or obligations. She is an avid prankster who gets her kicks by pulling harmless tricks and jokes on those around her. To most people, she seems like an irresponsible hooligan with no regard for anyone's feelings but her own. And, to a certain extent, that assumption is correct. However, there is a much deeper reason behind her unruly behavior that no one outside her family has ever been told, and Yukiko intends to keep it that way. Despite her playful outer demeanor, she is actually very guarded emotionally, and doesn't like discussing personal matters with anyone, even her own kin. She firmly believes that fear, sadness, and pain are only felt by the weak, and she refuses to be categorized as such. To put it bluntly, she is definitely not the type of girl to wear her heart on her sleeve. Because of her seemingly cold personality (as well as her looks and name), she has been given the nickname 'Frostbite'. However, there is some good buried within that icy heart. She cares deeply for those who manage to get close enough to earn her trust (only one person has ever been successful in this), and will stop at nothing to protect them. She loves making people smile, and has been known to do things in 'secret' (like delivering flowers, bringing home lost pets, etc.) to make this happen (though she will never admit to it). She also adores children and animals, because she feels that their innocence is something to be protected (their innocence may also be the reason she trusts them over most others).
History: The first few years of Yukiko's life were fairly normal. She lived in a small house near the forest with her parents, Mitsune and Nagato, and her older siblings, Sasuke and Azami. Her parents were rarely home, as their jobs demanded most of their time and energy, so she was essentially raised by her siblings. She and Azami never really saw eye to eye (Azami was a very uptight, no-nonsense kind of girl, a stark contrast to Yukiko's carefree personality), but when it came to Sasuke, it was an entirely different story. Sasuke was her best friend, her mentor, her partner in crime, and ultimately, her hero. The two were practically inseparable...until one fateful night. It was Christmas Eve, and a snowstorm raged violently outside. Sasuke had just left the house, claiming to have forgotten something very important at a friend's place. The seven year old Yukiko waited impatiently by the window, worry and panic welling in her chest as the minutes turned into hours. It was then that they got the call. Sasuke would not be coming home...ever. Yukiko was devastated, and upon finding out exactly what it was that he had gone out to get, she fell into a deep state of self-hatred. Not a day went by that she didn't blame herself for what happened to him. Even now, she still takes the blame. After her dear brother's death, she closed herself off to the world. She hid behind the mask of a playful trickster in the hopes of concealing the pain in her heart. She swore to herself she would never allow another person to get that close to her again, for fear of losing them too. Worried for her emotional health, her parents sent her to Astraea Hill, hoping that her time there would allow her to heal her wounds and move on with her life.
Details: My new favorite charrie, who I'm definitely hoping to do a lot of RP-ing with her. Friendship, romance, the works. She could really use someone to break through that icy heart of hers and get her to drop the charade. At the moment, she's beginning to form a close friendship with Maiko. She has also been asked to the Winter Ball, and is now happily dating Atsuko (the girl who asked her to the ball). The two are also planning to run for Etoile together.

Name: Yoru Kaguya
Face Claim: Sasori (Naruto Shippuden)
Year: Fifth (Miator)
Type: Don't F*ck With Me Seme
Relationship Status: Happily taken by Junko <3
Personality: Yoru can best be described as cold and aloof. She tends to keep her distance from others, preferring to be left to her own devices. She values music, nature, and art over anything else, and if prompted, will gladly discuss such matters in great depth (these subjects are probably the only surefire way to get her to speak to you). She firmly believes that nature is something beautiful that must be protected (and she is more than willing to do so if need be), and that music and art are windows into the soul. She loves animals, cats in particular. In all honesty, Yoru is more likely to be seen having a conversation with an animal than with another person. This is because she maintains little regard for human life, which often leads people to believe she is entirely emotionless. While this is not necessarily true, the instances in which she shows emotion are few and far between. It would take a very special, very determined person to get her to set her feelings free. The only people Yoru has ever shown any kind of sympathy/affection towards are her two younger sisters and her distant cousin Yukiko Kouri. Despite her cruel and nihilistic nature, Yoru is also known to possess a very down-to-earth outlook on life, rarely getting worked up over obstacles that impede her way. She is also, however, very impatient, and doesn't like to be kept waiting for very long. Yoru may not show much regard for her fellow humans' lives as a whole, but she still respects the ideals of others. She strongly believes in the concept of giving respect to earn respect. Yoru is also quite self conscious about certain aspects of herself, most notably her boyish voice (similar in tone to the utaite nano), although she would never say so out loud.
History: As a child, Yoru's life was far from happy and peaceful. She was the main caretaker of not only herself, but her younger siblings (twin sisters, Sora and Temari) as well. She also had to struggle with (and still struggles with) chronic IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), which was very difficult to deal with without her parents' support. Her parents were in a very turbulent marriage, constantly fighting over petty things. And unfortunately, that fighting often led to domestic violence. Yoru's father was a volatile man able to be set off by the slightest of things, though strangely enough, his violence never extended to his children. During such fights, Yoru would often take her sisters to the home of her cousin Yukiko, who (at the time) she was very close to despite their homes being a fair distance apart. While the kids played, Yoru and Yukiko would talk, sharing secrets and troubles they couldn't imagine sharing with anyone else. The two were more like sisters than distant cousins. But shortly after Yukiko's brother passed away, everything changed. Yukiko withdrew herself, refusing to let even Yoru into her heart. This hurt Yoru deeply, and despite the circumstances, she couldn't help feeling a bitter resentment towards the other. Things in her own life weren't getting any better either. Her parents' fighting had worsened to the point where Yoru was leaving the house every single day. Her sisters still stayed at Yukiko's place, but because of the tension and growing distance between them, Yoru chose instead to wander the streets until the time came to pick them up. During her time on the streets, she witnessed terrible things. Crime, poverty, violence... With each passing day, she grew colder, and her faith in humanity grew weaker. And then came the day she lost it completely. She came home to see if her parents had stopped their bickering for the night (a ritual she went through every day before bringing the girls back), only to find a seemingly empty house. She called for her parents, but received no reply. Curious, she wandered through the house, knocking on every door until finally, she was greeted with a chilling sight. Her mother's battered body was sprawled out on the floor of her parents' bedroom. There was broken glass scattered about the room, and the smell of blood nearly made her vomit. To any normal person, this would be a devastating, tear-inducing scene that would likely scar them for life. To Yoru, however, it was simply the long-awaited outcome of her parents' stupidity. She did not scream. She did not cry. Not a single tear. She simply called the police, informed them of the situation, and let the law do its thing. Soon afterwards, her father was arrested and tried for murder, and Yoru and her sisters were placed into the care of Yukiko's parents (their only known relatives). Yukiko had already been sent to Astraea Hill at this point, and after careful consideration, her parents decided it would be best to do the same for Yoru as well.
Details: I hope to do a lot of RP-ing with her (once she's accepted, of course) because she's just so...different, from all my other characters. My characters are typically sweet, romantic and emotional (with the exception of Mariah, who is just straight up mean to most people). Yoru is cold, distant, and essentially emotionless. Unlike her cousin Yuki, she doesn't put up a front to hide her true emotions. Her emotions have been buried so deep, not even she can find them anymore. So what she really needs is someone with the determination to force her into feeling again. It won't be easy, but I'm sure it will be quite interesting. She also struggles with IBS, meaning she gets sick a lot, so that could also be a potential means to start a plot. And, as with all my girls. my ultimate goal is for her to find love. If she, uh, ever learns to feel it again, that is...

Name: Yukari Iru
Face Claim: Vanilla (Neko Paradise)
Year: Second (Lulim)
Type: Clueless Uke
Relationship Status: Single
Personality: Yukari is a kind and caring soul who goes out of her way to help those in need around her as best she can. She has a deep love for her family, and great loyalty for her friends. She is an avid babysitter (despite still being rather young herself), and adores taking care of children. She can have a playful and teasing streak at times. Though perhaps more relaxed and not as formal as she could be, she does know when to be serious and formal when the need arises. She believes firmly in the power of love and friendship, and is willing to do anything to spread love and happiness to everyone she meets. She is tender and sweet, and only wishes the best for everyone around her. She loves animals, especially cats. She’s also very passionate about cooking and baking, often surprising her friends and family with homemade treats. She is well-known for her cake decorating skills. However, despite her naturally sweet nature, she does have a sour side as well. She’s a very patient person, but once someone has pushed her to her limit...well, let’s just say it’s best to stay as far away from her as physically possible. She can also be extremely stubborn and doesn’t particularly like being told what to do (though she would never outright refuse to listen, especially if the person giving orders is her superior). Much like the felines she is so fond of, Yukari has an endless curiosity which often lands her in some rather...strange situations. She also has some pretty serious abandonment issues which stem from events in her childhood years.
History: Yukari was born into a fairly wealthy family, with two not-so-loving parents who often left her in the care of her sickly grandmother, saying that they couldn’t be bothered to care for their child when they had important business matters to attend to. Her grandmother was a very kind woman, who did everything in her power to keep Yukari’s innocence and faith in love intact. Unfortunately, she passed away when her granddaughter was only 6, leaving the heartbroken Yukari to fend for herself. Though her parents were rarely around, she still loved them more than anything. At the age of 7, only a year after her grandmother’s passing, her parents were murdered by a group of thugs they had apparently owed money to. Naturally, the loss devastated Yukari (especially since it came so soon after her grandmother’s death), causing her to slip into a deep-seeded depression. She was immediately sent to foster care, and adopted soon after. Her adoptive parents were very abusive, both emotionally and physically. The physical abuse caused her to fear the touch of another human being. Even to this day, she still flinches when anyone tries to touch her. She was removed from that home shortly after her 10th birthday, and placed back into foster care. Despite the chain of unfortunate events, the teachings of her grandmother burned brightly in her heart, which eventually helped her to return to the sweet, positive girl she once was. Her foster parents decided to send her to Lulim after her 12th birthday, in hopes of giving her the positive, loving environment she had so desperately needed her whole life.
Details: I'm hoping to get the most out of her time at Astraea Hill (especially since this is the first time I've made a first-year character). Friendship, drama, and above all, romance. If anyone has any ideas, let me know. I'm always up for RP-ing!~ ^-^

-If the Shoe Fits (Coyote)
Name: Kotori Saeki
Face Claim: Naruko (female Naruto) Uzumaki (Naruto Shippuden)
Year: Second (Spica)
Type: Innocent Uke
Relationship Status: Single
Personality: Kotori is characterised as thoughtful, serene, kind, and very polite, as noted from her always addressing people with proper honorifics. She is also very gentle, a trait her father despised, and dislikes competing and fighting. She is extremely shy, to the point of being borderline social phobic. She is very soft spoken and tends to stutter when she speaks. Because of her incredible timidness, it’s not at all unusual to see her hiding behind her brother (or Mochi, her stuffed fox, when she's on campus and her brother can't be with her) in a desperate attempt to remain unseen. Because of certain events in her past, she has developed a habit of flinching when anyone other than Ichiro tries to touch her, despite her secret yearning for that kind of interaction. Her voice (similar in tone to the utaite Kano) almost never rises above a soft, whispery tone unless she is angry (which is very, VERY rare). At a glance, Kotori may seem like a fragile, innocent little fawn. While that may be true in an emotional sense, her physical strength is a different story entirely. From a very young age, Kotori began training in the ancient Japanese martial arts (her father was a highly skilled martial artist). Her strength and skill surprised even her father, who immediately urged her to use it to intimidate others. But Kotori, being the naturally gentle soul she is, refused, maintaining that the art was only meant to be used in self defense, and do to anything else would be incredibly dishonorable. However, if provoked, one must understand that this sweet little lamb can pack a powerful punch, and be prepared to get hurt should things escalate to that point.
History: Kotori is the twin sister of Ichiro Suzuki, separated at birth when their parents divorced. Kotori was taken in by her father, Shinjo Saeki, a violent martial artist whose hatred of Nadeshiko (Kotori’s mother) slowly destroys his relationship with Kotori. His volatile personality and love of violence made him a very dangerous man, especially to his shy young daughter. Despite him personally training her, he still abused her in every way he could think of. Verbally, emotionally, and unfortunately, physically. Outside the martial arts dojo, Shinjo was a cruel man, taking every opportunity he had to hurt Kotori. Those who knew him often said it was because the young girl reminded him (both in looks and personality) of Nadeshiko. Kotori was constantly being beaten, threatened, and emotionally battered. He destroyed her self-esteem, leading her to honestly believe she was a useless piece of trash who would never amount to anything. When she wasn’t being tortured, Kotori spent most of her time cooped up in her room, talking to Mochi (the stuffed fox her mother had given her the day she was born) or drawing pictures to send to Ichiro and Nadeshiko. As she grew older, things only went further and further downhill, which eventually lead Kotori into some rather...unpleasant habits. She fell into a deep depression and began inflicting harm upon herself. Both arms were soon covered with a mixture of scars and fresh wounds, which were later discovered by her father. Upon this discovery, her father gave her the worst beating she’d ever experienced. In his rage, he might have killed her had it not been for a passerby outside who happened to hear the struggle and call the police. Shinjo was arrested, and Kotori was sent to live with her mother and brother. Soon after, Kotori was sent to Astraea Hill, as their mother was not ready to deal with raising Ichiro AND her ‘broken’ child.
Details: I decided to go back to my roots and create a character whose personality matched mine (the closest I had was Emiko, but since she'll be graduating soon, I wanted to start fresh). I'm really excited to get started with her (once she's accepted). As usual, the main goal is love, which might be rather difficult since she's terrified of people. So...this should be interesting. X3

-Champions (Naomi)
Name: Sosuke Nikaidou
Face Claim: Ciel Phantomhive (Kuroshitsuji)
Year: Fourth (Lulim)
Type: Romantic Seme (disguised as a Sadistic Seme)
Relationship Status: Happily taken by Setsuko <3
Personality: Despite her appearance as a courteous and proper young lady, Sosuke is, in actuality, a cruel, sadistic, and malicious “demon” (a nickname she was given by pretty much everyone who knew her prior to transferring to Astraea Hill). She is ruthless when attacking others (whether physically or verbally), and will not hesitate to hurt anyone who gets on her bad side (which is, surprisingly, not easy to do). Her diabolical nature is also shown through her cruel sarcasm and her inability to see good in much of anyone. Due to years of sports and martial arts training, she is quite powerful physically for a girl her age (though her poor health often renders her much weaker than she could be). However, behind her hateful nature lies a fragile girl who simply yearns for someone to love her for who she really is (Getting her to admit to that is a challenge only one person has ever been able to accomplish). She is loyal to those she deems trustworthy, and will do everything in her power to protect them. When someone has earned her trust, they will see that she is kind, courteous, and chivalrous. Though she still maintains her manipulative ways, her emotions become much easier to read. In all reality, her ‘sadistic nature’ is simply part of a fabricated personality she created to mask the pain she carries within her heart. There was only one person who was ever given the chance to see the REAL Sosuke, but that person is now deceased. All in all, it’s a case of a true romantic seme masquerading as a sadistic seme.
History: Sosuke’s troubles began the day she was born. Her parents were, at the time, grief-stricken over the loss of their first child, a boy named Sora. Sora was killed in a tragic accident, struck by a drunk driver as he was crossing the street. Upon learning of her pregnancy, Sosuke’s mother prayed for another boy, both parents hoping to somehow replace the son they had loved so dearly. When Sosuke was revealed to be female, the emotionally shattered couple went into an extreme state of denial. They did everything they could to avoid acknowledging their child’s true gender. From forcing her to look, act, and dress like a boy to making her participate in sports and martial arts (hoping that the physical activity would give her the strength and physique of a typical male). However, problems began to rise when Sosuke was diagnosed with cyclic vomiting syndrome (CVS, a disease characterized by episodes or cycles of severe nausea and vomiting that last for hours, or even days, that alternate with intervals with no symptoms), which often rendered her unable to perform the physical activities her parents demanded of her. Unwilling to accept that the severity of Sosuke’s symptoms required her to take a break from her activities (or in the very least, cut down the amount of exercise she was doing), the two continued to push her into fulfilling her role as their “son”, even going so far as to slip up and call her ‘Sora’ from time to time. And Sosuke hated them for it. She spent many a day crying in her room, wishing her parents would accept that she was their daughter, not their son, and allow her to be who she really was. Over time, her resentment grew, and her true self fell further and further into the darkness that clouded her heart. She became cruel and sadistic, showing no mercy to anyone that crossed her the wrong way. She hated the world and everyone in it. They were all pathetic, self-absorbed, manipulative beasts. At least, that was how she felt...until she met her. Izumi Mashiro, the sweetest, kindest, most innocent girl she’d ever laid eyes upon. Izumi was the only one who ever made the effort to look past the hatred in Sosuke’s eyes and see her for who she really was inside. The two met when Izumi was being picked on by some older boys on the playground, and Sosuke (having no tolerance for injustice) stood up for her. Things quickly got physical, and Sosuke ended up taking a cut across her eye (going from just below the brow to right under the lower lash line), but she managed to get them to back down. Izumi was extremely grateful, and vowed to repay her for her kindness. It took months for the young girl to earn Sosuke’s trust, but somehow, some way, she did. And soon after, Sosuke realized she had fallen in love. Slowly but surely, Izumi’s kindness began to heal Sosuke’s emotional wounds, helping her to return to the loving person she once was. However, tragedy struck again when Izumi was found in an alleyway, beaten to death by a drunken thug (who supposedly panicked and killed her after having done unspeakable things to her). The news sent Sosuke into a downward spiral, her hatred of the world stronger than ever before. And now, added to it, was an even stronger hatred for herself. She hated herself for not being there for Izumi. She hated herself for not being able to protect her. From that point on, Sosuke closed herself off to the rest of the world completely. She became even more cold and distant than she had been before. Her health worsened, her CVS episodes becoming more frequent (and more severe) as time passed. Her parents, of course, continued pushing her to do things as if nothing had ever happened. After a few months of watching her health decline, Sakura Fujisaki (Sosuke’s doctor, who happened to be a close friend of her parents) nearly begged the couple to send her to Astraea Hill, claiming that some time away from her hometown (and memories of Izumi) would do her more good than anything else. At first, her parents refused, knowing that sending Sosuke to an all girls school would involve acknowledging their child’s true gender. But eventually, with some convincing, they decided to let her go. Relieved, Sakura gave Sosuke strict instructions to follow, making sure she knew how to handle her illness on her own (though with her parents being the way they were, she’d pretty much been doing that to begin with). She also (without her parents’ knowledge, of course) gave the girl some dresses and skirts, knowing how badly she wished she could wear them regularly. And so began Sosuke’s journey to her new life.
Details: Ahhh, my little Sosuke... I cannot even begin to describe how much I've fallen in love with this character (which is probably sad, considering she's MY character... XD). I really want to get this little one into a relationship, but close friends are always nice too. But beware: because she IS masquerading as a Sadistic Seme, she WILL be really hard to approach at first. She makes people to think she's nasty and cruel, but she really just wants to be loved. And if you can get past her façade, you'll see the sweet, chivalrous, protective girl that only Izumi knew existed.

-Our Time Now (Setsuko)
Name: Kitsune Hoshina
Face Claim: Mika Jougasaki (Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls)
Year: Fourth (Miator)
Type: Chibi Seme
Relationship Status: Single
Personality: Kitsune is exuberant, brash, inattentive, and heedless to formality or social standings. She has a number of childish traits, like wearing a plush fox keychain on her belt which she affectionately calls "Kyuubi-kun”, being a very picky eater, and being afraid of ghosts and the dark. However, whenever someone dear to her is in trouble or the situation calls for it, Kitsune can be very serious, and will instantly try to come to their aid. According to Shinjo (Kotori’s father/her martial arts sensei), Kitsune learns through her body, as she is relatively naive, simple, and slow to understand a principle or situation, which often requires an oversimplified analogy in order to grasp what is being explained to her. Kitsune responds best to competition and has a great deal of self-confidence, though not so much that she appears vain. Despite her somewhat naive nature, she has proven to have a keen eye to certain things most people don't see, showing that she can be smarter than most people are willing to give her credit for. She is also quite observant in regards to other people's feelings, and is able to perceive the truth from people's intentions. Kitsune's determination and drive strongly impacts the lives of those around her. Her empathetic, genuinely kind nature often puts others at ease. However, her strong desire to protect what’s important to her often leads her to rash decisions (she has more battle scars than she can count because of her brash nature and unwillingness to back down from a fight). She hates to see people suffer, and would much rather shoulder burdens herself than allow anyone she loves to do so.
History: Kitsune had a fairly decent childhood. She was raised by her aunt and uncle (who took over her care at a very early age), as her mother was in jail and her father was a hardcore drug addict. The couple was very kind to her, but she was constantly taunted by their children (an older boy named Ryota and his younger sister Maka, both notorious bullies among the neighborhood children). They excluded her from everything they did, and did everything they could to make her feel unwanted in their household. When words did nothing to deter her, they resorted to physical violence. Unfortunately, her aunt and uncle refused to confront their children, as they didn’t believe Ryota and Maka were capable of such horrid things. Kitsune, tired of being pushed around, enlisted the help of her grandfather (who was good friends with Shinjo Saeki), and together they enrolled her in a self-defense course at his martial arts dojo. It was there that she met Kotori Saeki, her sensei’s shy but powerful daughter. The two began to train together, and eventually became close friends. Kitsune was the only person aside from Miki and Nadeshiko who knew about Shinjo’s abusive ways. It was because of this knowledge that Kitsune resolved to hone her skills and get stronger, as she wanted more than anything to protect her precious Kotori (her ‘imouto-chan’, as she affectionately called her). This knowledge was also the reason Kitsune would walk past Kotori’s house on her way home every day, despite it being out of her way. Unbeknownst to Kotori, Kitsune was the one who called the police the day her father got arrested for beating her. Her aunt and uncle were very proud of her for this, and things continued normally for a while. Kitsune was doing well in school, and had many friends due to her reputation as ‘the white knight’ (since acquiring her martial arts skills, she had been using them to defend the innocent from bullies in school). But things took a turn for the worse when a certain set of bullies pushed the white knight too far. Kotori, who had just been released from the hospital, came to the Hoshina household for one last visit with Kitsune before she moved in with her mother and sister. Kitsune was on her way home from school and had yet to arrive at the house. Aware of this, Ryota and Maka (who knew of Kotori’s circumstances) immediately took the opportunity to torment her. When Kitsune came home to find her fragile friend cowering in the corner, Ryota and Maka closing in on her, every ounce of restraint she had dissolved...and she snapped. In just a few terror-filled minutes, she managed to knock Maka out cold, and badly injure her brother. Had it not been for their parents’ quick intervention, the siblings would have likely been killed. Rather than press charges against her (after learning from Ryota and Maka that they had instigated the fight), they decided the best thing to do would be to send her to Astraea Hill, hoping that the strict atmosphere of Miator would keep her in check.
Details: So... I decided to create a best friend/older sister figure for Kotori on a whim. I thought it would be fun to have a super bubbly, super outgoing, self-confident character for once. ^-^ I really want to get both her and Kotori into some good plots. Kitsune is a classic chibi seme, so she needs someone who can keep up with her carefree, mischievous ways. But she's also very protective, and will not hesitate to come to the aid of someone in need. If anyone has any ideas, feel free to let me know!

Name: Caelix Brielle Dupont
Face Claim: Nutty (Happy Tree Friends)
Year: Third (Spica)
Type: Optimistic Seme
Relationship status: Single
Personality: To say that Caelix marches to the beat of her own drum is certainly an understatement. Giggly, playful and brimming over with energy, it's not unusual to find Caelix prancing and skipping joyfully through the streets looking for fun, doing cartwheels, singing a song in a silly voice and making up her own ridiculous lyrics… Well, you get the point. Rambunctious and silly, nothing makes her happier than evoking a giggle and a smile from her friends. She is the freest of free spirits, always acting on her whims, following her heart, talking your ear off and getting a laugh or two along the way. If Caelix can keep her friends laughing and smiling, she feels she’s accomplished what she’s meant to do. Caelix is a strong-willed and cheerful girl with a fondness for cute things. One of her favorite hobbies (aside from partying) is to make everything and everybody "cute" at any given opportunity. When disagreed with, she simply smiles and offers candy. It is incredibly rare to see her lose her temper or her seemingly permanent smile. To most, Caelix comes off as a clueless, childish ditz. In actuality, Caelix is a dedicated talented swords-woman with a reputation for being a genius with the sword. Her older brother often commented that her sword-wielding skills are even superior to his. Her disposition of delight and innocence is, to an extent, an act; it is heavily influenced by her mother, who has taught her that all ladies should act weak and cute, smile often, and be surrounded by nice things.
History: COMING SOON
Details: COMING SOON
Name: Arielle “Airi” Haruno
Face Claim: None
Year: Fourth (Miator)
Type: Opportunistic Seme
Relationship Status: Single
Personality: Arielle (or Airi, as she is often called) is often described as clever, charming, sweet and chivalrous. She’s extremely loyal to those who are lucky enough to get close to her, and will put everything she has into making relationships (romantic or otherwise) work. She is incredibly kind at heart, but because she cannot bring herself to trust the outside world, she tends to come off as a snarky little sourpuss. She is very much a realist, and will tell it like it is no matter how much it might hurt. She hates apologizing, even if she was in the wrong. However, she does genuinely feel bad when she hurts people’s feelings, so rest assured, she will find a way to apologize should the situation call for it. She is, in reality, terrified of upsetting people. She’s the textbook definition of a people-pleaser. But even so, Arielle is far from an angel. Manipulative and somewhat selfish, Airi isn't beyond stirring up a little mischief or confusion to get what she wants. Luckily for those who don't catch on to her schemes, Airi isn't into a lot of drama or hurt feelings, so her trickery is usually balanced out by the gift of her charismatic presence. She’s also a bit of a heart breaker, and very hard to please, so tread lightly if you think you might be falling for this little vixen. Now, keep in mind, this is SOBER Arielle (someone even Arielle herself hasn’t seen in a very long time). When under the influence, Arielle’s personality changes dramatically. She becomes violent, angry, and downright unpleasant to be around. She will tear you apart (emotionally...or physically, if you get her too angry) in a heartbeat if given the chance. But the Astraea girls are not likely to see this side of her...unless of course, she manages to slip into the winery unnoticed.
History: Arielle was born in the small town of Kobe, Japan. Her father, Luciano (a handsome Italian man), met her mother, Chikaru (a charming Japanese woman), during a foreign exchange program back in their high school days. Luciano decided to stay in Japan with Chikaru, as his family did not approve of their marriage. They were a fairly happy couple, despite the family disputes surrounding them. So when the news came that Chikaru was pregnant, the two couldn’t have been happier. Arielle was their pride and joy, the physical embodiment of everything they dreamed of. They showered the girl with love and affection, making sure she always had everything she needed. She grew up speaking both Japanese and Italian fluently (and will often alternate between the two out of sheer habit). Now, with two loving parents like hers, one would think she’d grow into a proper young lady… But that’s about as far from reality as it gets. Around the age of 12, Arielle began to rebel, doing anything and everything in her power to get under her parents’ skin. But it wasn’t entirely out of spite; For behind their picture perfect parent-daughter relationship, there were some rather…dark secrets. Arielle’s parents were very religious, you see, and they did not respond well to the way she looked at girls. They tried everything they could to “fix” her, from church lectures to straight camps, but nothing seemed to work. All resources exhausted, they turned to the internet for help. There, they found a man named Kenji Yamanaka, who claimed his psychiatric techniques were guaranteed to guide girls like Arielle back onto the ‘right’ path. Her parents were desperate and, after a few e-mails and phone calls, soon found themselves inviting Kenji into their home. The man seemed friendly enough, so when he requested that they step outside for a few moments to allow Arielle to speak freely to him, they readily agreed. That decision was a mistake they would not soon forget. As it turns out, Kenji Yamanaka was not a child psychiatrist; he wasn’t even Kenji Yamanaka. He was Ryan Foutley, a sleazy tourist and a registered sex offender, convicted of 3 counts of sexual assault (all three involving underage girls). That being said, I’m sure you can guess what occurred behind that closed door. The result was a very traumatized little girl, two traumatized parents, and a heap of trouble for everyone involved. And to add insult to injury, Arielle still liked girls. After that disturbing incident, Arielle’s rebellious ways were taken to the extreme. She began sneaking out, going to parties, and coming home wasted. She was drinking and smoking almost every day, which (according to her therapist) was because she was afraid of the feelings that would be waiting for her when she sobered up. She was an emotional wreck, doing everything she could to try and repair the damage to her heart. She had gone through eight ‘serious’ girlfriends before her fourteenth birthday. She now has three tattoos (‘Dream of Paradise’ on her left arm, ‘Forever and Always’ over her heart, and a butterfly with broken wings on her right shoulder), several piercings (a nose stud, a monroe, snakebites, naval, and three in each ear), a drug/alcohol addiction, and more emotional problems than her broken heart can handle. At their wits’ end, her parents decided to send her to Astraea Hill, hoping that the strict atmosphere of Miator would help her get herself back together.
Details: As always, love and friendship are my top priorities. Maybe a little drama mixed in there, too. I mean, with her personality, it would be rather difficult NOT to make room for drama. I'm really excited to get started with her, so if anyone's got any ideas, let me know!

Name: Ayaka Himawari
Face Claim: Sakura Haruno (Naruto)
Year: Fourth (Spica)
Type: Heroic Uke
Relationship status: Single
Personality: Ayaka is self-assured, sweet, confident, and extremely maternal despite her age. She is a gifted athlete despite her tiny physique. She is quite strong-willed, and is very likely to stand up and say something when she feels that someone is doing something wrong. Though at times violent and aggressive, Ayaka is a brave and righteous hero at heart. She has a very strong sense of responsibility and gets upset when she is unable to help others. She is also known to be somewhat overprotective of her friends, often acting in a way that is comparable to a concerned mother. If someone she loved were doing something that might threaten their well-being, Ayaka would very likely do everything in her power to deter the action from being taken. Ironically enough, Ayaka herself is a fearless thrill-seeker who will purposely put herself in the midst of danger simply because she enjoys a challenge. She has an incredibly high pain tolerance, and is quite strong for a girl her age. It is because of this that she is not afraid of confrontation, physical or otherwise. Despite her rather heroic nature, Ayaka is typically quite shy in the presence of people she doesn’t know. So when she’s not playing the brave knight to a damsel in distress, she can usually be found huddled in the corner with a comic book or video game. The outgoing Ayaka many people see is really just her alter-ego.

Name: Lucia 'Luciano' Torre
Face Claim: Skye (Harvest Moon DS Cute)
Year: Fourth (Lulim)
Type: Romantic Seme
Relationship status: Single
Personality: Lucia (pronounced Lu-chi-ah), who adamantly insists upon being called ‘Luciano’ (pronounced Lu-chi-ah-no), is outgoing, kind hearted, loyal and intuitive. She’s sort of like a classic big sister figure (though in her case, I suppose ‘big brother’ would be a more accurate fit). She loves to give advice when she can, and she’s always willing to give someone a shoulder to cry on, even if she’s never met the person. She’s very sweet to everyone around her, even those who treat her poorly. But make no mistake: when it comes to her loved ones, she’s no pushover. God help you if you ever make someone cry in front of her, especially if it’s someone she cares for. She’s extremely protective, to the point of being a little possessive at times. She’s also very insecure, which often leads to jealousy issues within friendships and romantic relationships alike. Her looks often put people off, making her seem unapproachable, but in all reality, she’s nothing but a giant teddy bear. Luciano is practically obsessed with becoming the perfect gentleman (yes...gentleman), which results in a very chivalrous personality. She can often be caught referring to people as ‘milady’ (or m’lady), and doing everything she can to please them. This may be a combined result of her days as a servant and her desires to be male, the latter of which she is surprisingly open about. She treats everyone she meets as if they were royalty, which, for obvious reasons, is not always a good thing. She is fluent in English, Italian, and Japanese, and alternates between the three occasionally (though she is known for typically using Italian when she’s trying to be romantic).
History: Luciano Torre (whose real name is Lucia, though she never introduces herself as such) was born in a small town in Italy. Her family worked as the live-in staff of a very wealthy woman, so she was essentially born into a life of servitude. Her parents were overjoyed to have another little girl in their lives (in addition to the three they already had), though they had really been hoping for a boy. But there was one little problem...Lucia was not really a girl. You see, Lucia was born with intersex deformities, which resulted in her parents having to make a very difficult decision regarding the sex of their child. Their longing for a boy was clear, but with some persuasion from the doctor (who repeatedly reminded them that corrective surgery for female genetalia was much less complex), their decision was made. Lucia underwent the surgery as an infant (thanks to a generous donation by her family’s employer), and was raised as a female. But she never felt right being a girl, and her parents knew that very well. It quickly became obvious that Lucia was, in fact, a male, who was now trapped in a female body. Despite this discovery, however, they continued raising her as if she were a true female. Her parents were in denial, not wanting to face the guilt associated with their part in their should-be son’s predicament. Lucia was absolutely miserable, which pained her sisters (Mia, Bella, and Angela) greatly. They loved and accepted her for who she really was, and soon made it their mission to make sure their parents would too. Mia and Angela, the oldest of the three, sat down with their parents and tried to reason with them. Bella provided most of Lucia’s emotional support. But in the end, their parents prevailed. It was clear they could not be reasoned with. In fact, talking about it only made their denial worse. Things took an even bigger turn for the worse when Lucia’s father accepted a job in Japan (her mother’s native country). While getting things together for the move, his soon-to-be former employer happened upon an advertisement for an all-girls boarding school near the area they would be living in. She knew of Lucia’s struggles, but her sympathy was with her parents. She showed the advertisements to Lucia’s parents, and, much to the anger of Lucia and her sisters, convinced them to send her there as soon as they got settled...Which is exactly what they did. And so began Luciano’s journey as a boy trapped in a girl’s world.
Details: Friendship, love, you know the deal. Although, I think things would be more interesting as far as finding love for her since...y'know...'she' is actually a 'he'. So whoever falls for her is going to have to be very accepting of the fact that she is indeed a male on the inside, and that she is determined to transition fully at some point in her life.
Name: Koyuki "Koyu" Uzumaki
Face Claim: Kotori Itsuka (Date A Live)
Year: Third (Miator)
Type: Manipulative Seme
Relationship status: Single
Personality: Koyuki is very strict and proud, with a cold outlook on life. Her biggest goal in life is to exact revenge on the outlaws who killed her parents, despite having been told countless times that revenge was not the answer. She’s got quite the mouth on her, and is not at all shy about speaking out when something displeases her. When angered, she shifts into a state of sadism, rendering her able to tear people down with words alone. Despite this crude personality, she maintains a strong belief that ladies are more attractive to others if they act innocent, naive, fragile, and cheerful, particularly around their lords (a concept which was instilled in her by her mother). For this reason, Koyuki tends to be extremely kind and polite in the presence of others, creating the illusion of a gentle disposition. Internally, Koyuki often contemplates about the behaviors and attitudes of her fellow human beings. She finds humans in general to be difficult creatures, but adds that their struggles and lofty goals make them interesting. She is intrigued about how insatiable they are, as they are willing to drag others down to get what they want, even in death. These observations are the basis of her belief that all humans are scum, herself included. Because of that belief, she has no trouble hurting people if they get in the way of her goals. She has little regard for other people’s feelings, or lives, for that matter. She has been known to play games with people’s heads, purposely putting them in danger for her own amusement. She’s quite skilled in the field of manipulation. From a stranger’s perspective, it would seem that Koyuki would be happiest if left to her own devices. But deep inside, she does yearn for a true friend. Someone to stand by her side in her journey to restore the dignity of the Uzumaki family. All in all, Koyuki’s mind is a twisted, complex thing.
History: Koyuki was born to an extremely wealthy family with ties to countless criminal organizations. She was only three years old when a group of outlaws attacked the Uzumaki household seeking to take her away (in hopes of using her to get the money the Uzumaki family owed them). In order to protect her, Momoko Uzumaki (her mother) sacrificed herself as payment and was later killed in a hostile negotiation. Two years later, Kaito Uzumaki (her father) found himself in another bout of debt with the very people that had killed his wife. Before he had a chance to pay it off (after having scammed his way out of paying for quite some time), the criminals retaliated with a brutal assassination. Koyu's first memory is that of her childhood home going up in flames, crying for her father as the fire consumed him. Thanks to the kindness of one of the culprits (who took pity on her because she was so young), she survived the fire with only minor injuries. The mysterious man (who later turned out to be Zenjiro Nakagawa, the brother of Koyu’s adoptive father) dropped her off in front of an orphanage in a town far away, where she was soon adopted by another wealthy family.
From that day on, she grew up in the care of Rikuto and Meiko Nakagawa, who already had a child of their own (Atsuki). A head injury she’d suffered while trapped in the burning house rendered her unable to recall anything prior to her stay in the orphanage. Despite having her memories sealed, as a child Koyuki experienced constant nightmares, a problem which continued nightly until she joined the Nakagawa household and befriended her adoptive brother Atsuki. Atsuki was cold and aloof, but he protected her as needed, comforting her whenever she was afraid. He suffered from terrible nightmares as well (but for very different reasons), and therefore sympathised with her greatly. He even went so far as to allow Koyu to sleep beside him in order to quell her night terrors. As a result, Koyuki formed a strong bond with him. She found comfort in helping Atsuki with his own nightmares and unofficially appointed herself as his guardian, entering his room to check on him, making sure he slept soundly and constantly worrying about his well being. Shortly after her arrival, another change occurred, one that would pave the way for her revenge-driven nature.
It was Koyuki’s twelfth birthday, and the Nakagawa family had invited several extended family members to their home for a celebration. As the guests arrived, Koyu stood at the door to greet them (as per her adoptive mother’s instructions). But the arrival of one particular guest shattered her world forever: Zenjiro Nakagawa, the brother of her adoptive father (Koyuki’s uncle). Almost immediately, Koyuki recognized the man’s face as the one she’d seen prior to blacking out after the fire. Suddenly, dozens of previously repressed memories flooded the girl’s mind, sending her into a state of terrified shock. She remembered everything; her mother’s sacrifice, the criminal acts, the fire that had taken her father and her home...and the man that had spared her life. The sudden rush of memories was too much for the fragile girl to handle, and seconds later she had fainted. When she awoke in her bed, everyone (including Zenjiro) had gathered around her, clearly worried for her well-being. Meiko explained that they had been told to let her memory return naturally, though for her sake they had hoped it never would. Still in shock, Koyuki said nothing. For the next few days, the once kind-hearted redhead was like a ghost of her former self. She spoke only to Atsuki, and the light in her eyes seemed to have disappeared altogether. The first step on her newfound path was her sudden refusal to be addressed by “Koyuki Nakamura”, instead choosing to use her original last name: Uzumaki.
Over the course of the following weeks, Koyuki became progressively more withdrawn. She was angry at the world for its cruelty, at her adoptive family for keeping secrets, at the criminals for killing her parents, and at Zenjiro for making her remember it all. It was during that time that she resolved to seek revenge on the men who hurt her family, no matter the cost. She began taking classes in sword fighting and self-defense, and studying various vengeance tactics. She became cold and unfeeling, willing to eliminate anything and anyone that stood in her way by any means necessary. She cut herself off from her family, even her beloved brother. Disturbed by the sudden change in personality and worried sick for her, the Nakamura family sent her to Astraea Hill in the hopes that the change in atmosphere would help her return to the girl she once was.
