Is your character on the Student Council? No.
If yes, what does your character think of the student council president, Shimizu Hikari? Please answer this because if your character is on the student council, then she would know who Shimizu Hikari is and would have an opinion of her.
Please explain your character's personality in 200 words or more:
If Kaze is not chatting like a songbird then she will most likely either be snoozing or flirting. Though her flirts are more like mischievous little jests. She has a very relaxed nature, choosing not to waste time thinking about the 'useless' complicated things (whatever they may be). Those useless things are basically the topics of competition between others thinking that they are better than the other, and vice-versa. She's a very unassuming person like that. She doesn't care where your from, what you do, or if you like turkey more than chicken. If your interesting then she'll like you, if your a rude nut. Well, hopefully your not trying to get on her good side because that will be very complicated to do. She cares for her friends and most times her acquaintances if they interest her enough. She'll lend a helping hand or an ear and thanks to her 'free nature', Kaze will do almost anything in her power to help so long as they are friends. Friends. Not strangers. She's a considerate girl, often finding herself watching her own actions so as to not offend another. She's not necessarily a kind person but more of a fair one. If she is ever put in the position where she has to decide something between parties then she will go along with fairness. She doesn't believe that one party should get more just because they are her friends or something similar.
Another section of the pie is her playfulness. She just loves to have fun, her life would be too short without it after all. It goes well with her need to be social. She doesn't like to be alone, it frightens her. Sometimes it'll make her a bit of an attention seeker so it would be really mean if someone ignored her. She would get all sad and puppy-eyed if not a little pushy as well.
What does you character think of the Etoile position as a whole?
She finds it an interesting system and approves of whoever first thought of it. She like the idea of a 'neutral' party able to keep the other three school heads from snapping each other in half. Not that she's seen that much hostility. Must be working hm?
Does your character want to be an Etoile someday?
She certainly wouldn't pass up that chance. The very thought would excite her and to think of being a part of a practically soul-bound pair fascinates her. She'd love to see if she could find a partner who would climb that route with her.
What does your character think of Sado Kagami and Kitsuki Sha, the current etoiles?
Like almost everyone else Kaze admires the duo. But her reasons might be a little different. Although she doesn't know them personally she's amazed of how Kitsuki could keep up with that fireball partner of hers. Not to mention their both in Miator so that gives her something to aspire to.
What does your character think of the other schools?
Kaze doesn't feel much of a rivalry between any of the other schools but that doesn't mean she won't play along. Its like a game to her really.
~History~
History before Astraea Hill: Kaze was the only child between her traditional mother and half-english father. Not only that but she had a weak heart as a child so her mother was fiercely protective of her 'weak little wind'. Adding her father's absolute smothering of affection for her, Kaze could be what one could call a spoiled child but without the pompous attitude. Sadly almost the whole year Kaze would hardly ever see her dear daddy unless it was special occasion like her or her mother's birthday or a family gathering holiday. The rest of the year he was traveling around the middle-east, playing his favorite black violin in concerts, orchestras, and other such shows. He loved to play music, classics were his life. One time when he was back for a long enough time he attempted to teach her how to play a violin except it wasn't just any violin. It was an erhu, a Chinese violin, that he had obtained from a friend. He was the reason for her love of music now. Of course her mother didn't disapprove, in fact, she encouraged. Encouraged it so much that by the age of seven she had young Kaze learning flute. And thanks to her mother running a traditional dance school based on Mai, Kaze had every opportunity to play both her erhu and flute. Though she liked her 'violin' much more since daddy gave it to her.
She had gone to a private school for her first elementary, her life filled with friends. That was until someone just had to spoil that for her. At first it was petty tricks like 'missing books' but it escalated when they realized that she wasn't fazed by them. It wasn't very bad, not bad at all really. Even Kaze found them hilarious. She'd even gotten a little stuffed bunny out of it too. (They hid it in her bag with a spring to make it pop out.) They were friendly pranks. But those weren't what ruined that school life. It was the person who thought it'd be absolutely hilarious to set off firecrackers right behind her, literally. The popping had scared her scared her almost to death. Seriously. She had a heart attack and was rushed immediately to the hospital. Of course her mother pulled out her 'devil mask' and made sure that would never happen again. While in the hospital her mother came to visit her, telling her that she was switching schools so such a thing could never happen again. Her father approved. Thus was how she was enrolled into Miator. Her mother refused to send her to any 'sports school' and her father could hardly argue. Besides, they both figured since Miator had both music and dance, she could learn more from there. She was in no position to disagree.

It was times like these that Kaze wished she didn't have such long hair. Carefully she pulled her brush through the long strands, aware of the quick tug of a tangle before it got obliterated. It had taken her five minutes to finally brush it all out and the effort had put an ache in her arm. If it weren't for her own liking of the style, Kaze could certainly well say that she would cut it all off. Well, up to the shoulders is the shortest she'd go truthfully. She breathed a sigh of relief as she could finally place her brush back onto her night-table. The familiar redwood table boasted unusual swirls and design that were popular in France apparently. Least that's what her father had told her. Then again how was she to know the just what was popular where, her eyes lifted to look at the rest of her room. Her floor was the natural tatami mats of the mansion, same could be said for the walls and doors but those were the only things that had Japanese origin. She stood and walked to the opposite corner of her decent sized room. Her bare feet brought her to a fine, large mirror that her father had also shipped to her from some other country. Like the night table, this object also held art designs but ported from England instead. The same place her favorite dress had come from.
Quickly she grabbed a few strands of hair before twirling them into a braid. She did the same thing twice over. A much quicker process than the brushing she had to admit. She hadn't a clue of why she was prepping herself to go out. There was nothing she had planned for today but it just felt like one of those wandering days. Her mother could swear it was from her father and Kaze would whole-heartily agree. Her father, who was currently in Germany performing in a popular arts festival, couldn't deny that he had that 'itch to travel'. She smiled at the thought before looking to the wardrobe right next to the mirror. Quickly she pulled out her favorite white dress and put it on before walking out onto the hallway. The halls were bright with sunlight despite there being few windows. Quickly she passed the classrooms where the dance students practiced, occasionally hearing the soft whistle of a flute playing, until she came out to the front door. A rushing sound caught her attention just as she was putting on her leather boots.
"Where are you going honey?" A worried voice echoed from behind her.
Kaze turned to see her mother peaking worriedly around the hall corner. Kaze smiled as she replied, "I'm just going to take a walk. Maybe go to the convenience store." She just wanted to get out. Her mother frowned slightly before she answered.
"Don't go too far and be sure not to stay out too long. I don't want your heart to be under too much stress."
She was worried about that incident that happened a few years ago. Reasonable Kaze admitted but she needed the exercise. She had finally been released for good by the hospital just a few months ago although she still had to take her regular check-ups. She just wanted to not be in a room for the rest of her days. Kaze nodded in any case. Best not worry her mother too much. Satisfied her mother came out from where she hid, handed her daughter her shoulder bag, then left to go deal with her students. The girl searched through her bag to make sure she had everything. Handkerchief, pills, wallet... Okay. She had everything. With that she hopped to her feet and exited the setting. Walking the stone path surrounded by the two gardens before she was finally out onto the sidewalk. Free of confinement if only for now.
