Please explain your character's personality in 200 words or more: Arisu is very full of herself and stuck- up, beileveing that noone is better then her and noone has the right to believe they’re better then her. She really has the “spoiled brat” attitude, and expects to get what she wants when she wants it.
But Arisu is also extremely manipulative, and is willing to do whatever she has to do to get to what she wants. And so she is completely capable of acting nice and kind and sweet and then turning around and stabbing you in the back. She’s also very good at acting romantic and caring, when in actuality she really couldn’t care less.
What does you character think of the Etoile position as a whole? Arisu loves the idea of the Etoile, as it brings power and respect to the person who owns the title. She is determined to one day be an Etoile herself, so that she can be respected and powerful.
Does your character want to be an Etoile someday? yes
What does your character think of Sado Kagami and Kitsuki Sha, the current etoiles? she really doesn’t care; if she’s not the one who is holding the position, then to her everyone else is just keeping it warm for her. But she would probably find Kitsuki’s blatant innocence and cuteness annoying, but she would act kind and sincere to her all the same. As for Sado, she probably would really have no opinion on her, like she doesn’t dislike her but she doesn’t like her either.
What does your character think of the other schools? Arisu really doesn’t care about the other schools; she barely cares about the one she goes to. But she is of the mindset that anything she touches must be the very best, so she feels she has to make Lulim the best of the three schools.
~History~
Please write in 100 words or more your character's history before she came to Lulim.
History before Astraea Hill:
Arisu Shirunoae was born Alice Charlotte Shirunoae, born half Japanese and half French. Her mother, Ren’ee Dubois, was a famous fashion designer in France and her Father was a member of the Japanese Governamet. They met, fell in love, and moved to France in a whirlwind marriage. They had Alice a few months after their one year anniversary.
Alice grew up spoiled and content, never wanting for anything and receiving suppurb education. Alice grew up feeling invincible, like there was nothing she couldn’t do.
When she was twelve, Alice was in the kitchen of her house with her mother when the kitchen stove exploded; neither she nor Ren’ee had known that there was a gas leak in the pipes. The explosion killed her mother and left Alice deaf in one ear and hard of hearing in the other.
Her father, in his greif, moved himself and his daughter back to Japan, where he got another job in government and began drinking heavily. Alice, who now could barely hear anything and was learning sign languedge, went from spoiled and content to neglected and ignored. Still, despite all that, she retained her “queen of the world” attitude, considering her partial deafness just another thing that made her better. Though she still lived a wealthy life, she didn’t get very many plesentries and her father was never home, either at work or with whatever woman he was dating for that week.
Alice, who that point was calling herself Arisu (the Japanese version of her name) learned to take care of herself and became extremely defensive and aggressive. She got expelled from her school for fighting right before the summer of her thirteenth year of life, and so her father arranged to send her to Astria Hill.
First Year: Alice’s first year of schooling at this level was in a shady public school for what she refers to as “commoners”. She didn’t get along with a lot because of her self- absorbedness, and the few friends she had, she didn’t really care about.
Second Year: Alice continued to build a reputation as a self- absorbed brat, although she’s calmed down to the point where she can make more friends, although her inner thoughts and attitude hasn’t changed.
Third Year: Arisu got into a fight with one of her classmates, which caused her to be expelled. Her father arranged for her to go to Astria Hill after her expulsion. Here, she has again built up a reputation of having an “I’m better then you” attitude, but for some reason she seems to be more popular here then she had at the other school.
Alice met her roommate, Aideen, while they were rooming together and while the two don’t know each other very well YET, surely things will get interesting soon…
She also had a confrontation with Aura Kurenie, a Spican girl who dared to challenge Alice’s superiority. God only knows where that will lead…
Fourth Year: Alice has begun to notice that her plans with Aideen Have met a complication; she may just have genuine feelings for the girl. In complete denial and unwilling to admit even the possibility, she nevertheless finds herself becoming more genuine with the Russian girl, instead if just spouting heartless compliments. She continues to be driven to run for Etoile, with Aideen.
Fifth Year:
Sixth Year:
Sample Post: Arisu sat in the back of the bus, her legs daintily crossed and her hands folded on top of her knee. She looked around her, her nose up and her back straight, making her seem taller then the others on this ridiculous public transportation vehicle.
She was already bored with her new school, and she hadn’t even gotten there yet. Looking around her she was thoroughly unimpressed with the town, and the people, and…well, everything. She sat up even straighter and her dignity just radiated off of her in waves.
When the bus stopped, she stood, grabbed her bags, and walked out, her high heeled boots clicking against the floor of the bus. Outside, she looked boredly up into the face of her new school.
With a yawn, she walked forwards and looked around her, seeing all of her classmates. She focused hard on their mouths and lips, watching the movements as they manipulated sounds to make words. She couldn’t hear them, but she knew what they were saying.
This was stupid. This school was ridiculous. She shouldn’t be here. She should be back in France, in a boarding school for the gifted like before. What had her father been thinking, sending her here? There was no way she could shine here!
With a tired sigh she stopped in front of the building.
She would conquer this, just as she conqured everything. It would be HER year, and no one elses. Hers alone. Just the way she liked it.
