Please explain your character's personality in 200 words or more:
Rei often comes off as hostile and distant, because she has a very intimidating appearance, with her height and because her facial features are almost always in a scowl. She doesn’t smile very often, and often looks far too serious and distant.
She doesn’t really consider any body to be her friend, preferring to keep others at a distance. Her anti- social attitude often makes her come off as rude and arrogant. When she does open up, she speaks very poetically, with wisdom beyond her years. A lot of people cant stand to hear her talk for a long period of time because she can be somewhat hard to understand.
While she isn’t shy in any sense, Rei can be very quiet, preferring her own company to anyone elses. She has a nasty tongue when she wants to, and she seems to feel so remorse about hurting people’s feelings.
Until recently. Rei has found that she does in fact acre about other peoples feelings, and while she still acts hostile and cold most of the time she goes out of her way to try not to hurt or scare them.
What does you character think of the Etoile position as a whole? Rei feels mixed feelings toward the Etoile position, feeling both admirable and envious. She envies the power and respect that comes with the position, and at the same time admires the Etoile pair because she knows how hard the job must be.

What does your character think of Sado Kagami and Kitsuki Sha, the current etoiles? (Please answer this question even if she does not know who they are.)

What does your character think of the other schools? (Miator and Spica are Rivals, but it's up to you if your character feels anything like that toward the other schools.)
Rei doesn’t seem to care about anything to do with the other schools; she hardly seems to care what goes on it her own school. But she is secretly very competitive, even though she never does anything about it because she doesn’t want to bring attention to herself.
~History~
Rei Minori was born the oldest daughter of a very well- respected family. Her father was a successful businessman and her mother was pretty much his full-time hostess; she had no official education, but she relied on her exceptional beauty to carry her through life, which it did.
Her parents never had a happy marriage; it was more like a business partnership. They both cheated consistently on each other, and Rei was left to deal with the fights and arguing that often ensued between them.
Rei’s mother had been intent on turning her into the perfect little lady, dressing her in bows and fancy dresses, proding her to “sit straight” and “cross her ankles” and to “smile”. Rei simply never had it in her.
Between the chaos with her parents and their work, Rei was left to essentially raise her three younger brothers; Nomoru, Hikaru, and Takashi Minori. She grew to love them so much, she saw them more as her own children then brothers, and they often looked up to her as their mother.
Her youngest brother, Nomoru, died at the age of six of leukemia.
After that, the family fell apart; Takashi was getting into trouble with the law and was currently in jeuvenile detention. Hikaru became quiet and depressed. Her parents finally divorced, and she stayed with her father since he was the only one with a job.
Having no one to turn to, Rei retreated into herself with her greif; for months, she was introverted and hostile, lashing out at everyone and everything. Her family situation was desperate, with her brothers a mess and her father not taking care of them: Rei felt overwhelmed with the responsibility to her family.
Then one day, she was in a serious car crash and almost died; it left her epileptic and she realized she had to get away from the environment she was in. so she left, to the schools.
History before Astraea Hill:
First Year:
Second Year:
Third Year: This was the year Rei actually started Astria Hill, and she spent the year in quiet seclusion, staying away from everyone and everything. She did her classes and little else, not finding the will to do anything extracurricular or anything like that.
Fourth Year: Again, another quiet year. Rei hardly talked to anyone, and hardly anyone tried to talk to her. She quite liked it that way.
Fifth Year: This was the year things started to get interesting. Rei met Layla Akenzua and Reika Minami. While she at first was extremely hostile towards the two, she warmed up to them. She didn’t see them again for the rest of the year, but they were her first positive interaction.
Then she met Eri Fuyumi, who again (nor surprise…) annoyed Rei when she almost tripped over her and allowed her pet Yuki to hide in Rei’s jacket.
Sixth Year:
Sample Post:
Rei was sleeping peacefully in the back seat of her father’s limo, riding down the road to Astria Hill.
In the fading twilight, Rei almost looked peaceful; her eyes closed, her dark hair spilling carelessly over her face. She mumbled in her sleep, repositioning herself.
As the car came to a slow stop, her eyes opened, her grey eyes flashing green in the light. She lifted her head up and sat up straight, straightening her clothes. Her expensive women’s suit was uncomftorable to her, but that was ok; what was a little discomfort, right?
“Miss. Minori,” the driver said. “we have arrived.”
He opened the door for her, and she stepped out, squinting in the dying light.
The school looked alright; she had been to larger, but it was charming. She looked around and didn’t see anyone out.
‘well, of course not.’ She thought critically. “its nearly night time.”
She walked forward, her driver carrying her bags. She turned and took them, not wanting anyone to do things for her. He bowed, and, promising to give her best to her father and brother, left.
Turning back to the school, Rei set her shoulders and walked forward, dignified and grand. She had towered over her peers baack at her old school, scaring them all off.
To be honest, she had quite liked it that way.
She came to the front door and hesitated before pulling it open. She turned back, as though expecting her limo to be still there, waiting for her. But it was not. She was, for the first time, completely on her own.
Well, not completely, of course; she had her monthly allowance from her father. But she didn’t have him hovering over her all the time; her mother wasn’t there to tell her to sit straight or to raise her chin or anything like that. Nothing.
With that thought in mind, she gave a tiny smile. Then the thought of dealing with all the other girls chased it away.
