Please explain your character's personality in 200 words or more:
In a word: fierce.
Ambition is a virtue, except when taken to an extreme. She does not have friends. She has servants, underlings, followers, or subordinates. She is strong-willed and stubborn with strong beliefs. Azusa is never wrong. Never. She is a perfectionist, striving for perfection from herself and demanding it of the world and the people around her. No excuses are tolerated. Nothing less than perfection or whole-hearted attempts at perfection are acceptable. Azusa is very particular and likes things done her way. The world would run much more smoothly if she were in charge.
She appears lazy, having had servants and maids to dress her and care fo her, but she is a hard-working girl who will stay awake until the early hours of the morning to complete any task to perfection. Because of this, she always gets excellent grades.
Azusa realizes that she is not particularly well liked and doesn't care. The people who don't appreciate her love of efficiency and her greatness are not worth her attention. She likes to be in control of any and every situation but has little desire to take part in the situation for herself. She prefers to sit on the sidelines while her 'subordinates' act according to her will. That said, she is a possessive girl, particularly when it comes to her followers. She doesn't mind being cruel with the things that belong to her, but only she has the right to do so. She is fiercely protective of the people who she perceives as belonging to her and although she is small, Azusa will put all of her force and her energy into avenging anyone who dares encroach on her authority.
She also has an incredible, and secret, weakness for sweets - they are the only things that can put this proud girl on her knees. Never one to give up a potential opportunity, Azusa is also willing to try almost anything at least once. A tendency that has gotten her into trouble previously.
What does you character think of the Etoile position as a whole?
Of course, authority figures are necessary. If someone can climb to the top, they deserve to be there.
Does your character want to be an Etoile someday? Yes. Of course, someday she's going to stand at the top. That is her rightful place.
What does your character think of Shizuka and Chokone, the current Etoiles?
Cho: Again, she thinks that Cho is too weak to actually lead. She is becoming afraid that the Etoile is becoming a popularity contest rather than an election. However, as she has designated Cho as one of her 'followers', Azusa is curious to see whether the Lulim student will rise to the occasion. After all, someone who couldn't do that wouldn't be worthy of being one of Azusa's followers.[/font][/ul]
What does your character think of the other schools?
Azusa is very competitive of every other person who can be a potential threat to her goals, regardless of school, age, appearance, or any other irrelevant factors. She envies the clean, crisp, propriety of St. Miator and often looks down upon the students of St. Lulim as students with no ambition or direction.
~History~
History before Astraea Hill:
Azusa’s history is not a particularly interesting one. She is the oldest of four children and has been known to order her siblings about.
Her mother and father are both important figures in the Japanese, and foreign, hotel industries. Azusa has taken no interest in their work lives. What mattered to her was that she was fortunate enough to have servants and maids – one servant in particular who doted upon her rather more than any of the other family members – to serve her. Her short but uneventful life has been full of ambition. She had never been well-liked in school by her ‘peers’, but rather saw the teachers as peers. And when they failed to meet her expectations, she sought companionship higher in the administration.
Her ambition was at times seen as both endearing and frightening. The ruthlessness with which she treated her few ‘friends’ (as her parents called them) was disturbing. However, her siblings saw a different side of her. They obeyed almost her every whim - occasionally they rebelled - they also reveled in her awkward kindness. If someone dared to bother or bully them, or any of Azusa’s incorrectly classified ‘friends’, they were met with whatever harsh punishment the devious young girl could devise. She was at once respected and feared, and she preferred life that way.
Azusa’s mother, an alumna of St. Lulim, insisted that her daughters should attend school at Astraea Hill. Azusa was given the choice and, having researched the three schools a great deal, decided that St. Spica suited her best. Ambition aside, she had always been considered an excellent singer as well and is eager to challenge herself in the Spica Choir.
Be prepared, Astraea Hill, for Watanabe Azusa is on her way and she is going to take the school by storm.
Second Year: After meeting the insufferable Kanon, it seemed as though her year was off to a dramatic start. Hopefully, school life would calm down after that. But she was wrong. She would soon meet the equally annoying Akemi, a Miator student who seemed intent on frustrating her. Akemi revealed that she was aiming at Etoile and, convinced that the school would fall to ruin should that unfortunate event occur, Azusa took it upon herself to be Akemi's running partner.
Third Year: This was a rather eventful year, although it may have seemed as though Azusa's year was uneventful to some. After becoming closer, despite her best efforts, with her running-mate, Akemi, Azusa spent a majority of the year going back and forth between home and school. Her sister was being bullied, and Azusa was the only one who could break the quiet girl out of her shell long enough to talk about the situation. Because of her frequent trips home, she missed the deadline to run for Etoile with Akemi, but hopefully that will be changed next year. Who knows, though? With Azusa's sister now arriving on campus, Azusa's young life might become even more complicated.

How did you find our website? Ai here~"Hi-me-do-no," the voice called gently as bright light blared through the girl's closed eyelids. She groaned and turned over. "Hime-dono. you must wake up." Even in her half-asleep state, she resented the order.word count : 386
"How dare you, Shin," she hissed, slowly pushing herself up to a sitting position. Satin sheets fell off her. The large white shirt that she wore to sleep hung off her small, slender shoulders. Unruly strands of dark hair were knotted about her face, catching shades of purple in the morning sunlight that shone through the windows. "You dare to order me about?"
The butler chuckled as he picked the young girl's clothes from the armoire and walked toward her. She held her arms out obediently and he made quick work of changing Azusa's clothes. She watched his image skeptically in the mirror as he ran a brush through her long, straight hair. "I meant no offense, Hime-dono. Your parents-"
She raised a hand to interrupt him and sighed. "You obey my orders and mine alone, Shin. I know that my parents pay your salary, but you have been given to me. My orders outrank their wishes." The small girl examined her image in the full length mirror and patted her hands against the short skirt of her black jumper dress. "An exemplary job." she smiled in praise. The man bowed politely, his expression as impossible to read as ever.
Azusa nodded to him and he opened the door to her room. Long, smooth, confident strides led her - and him, as he followed closely behind the young girl - to where her parents and siblings awaited her in the hall. Her youngest brother, still a child and therefore Azusa's strict regulations on behavior were more relaxed, ran to her with his arms outstretched. He knocked his sister over to give her a tear-filled hug. Azusa looked up gratefully at her butler, who had caught her before the two siblings could hit the ground.
Purple eyes glanced over at her other siblings. Well-behaved and watching silently, but for the occasional hiccup and the tears in their eyes. With a sigh, she motioned for them to come closer and they, too, ran to wrap their arms around their eldest sister. She ran her fingers gently through their hair, smiling softly at them. "Goodbye, then."
notes : Aw, Azu's siblings love her~
